Only basic glasses you can get same day. Be careful of the sales sharks. Will stop asking you what upgrades you want.. and will start telling you it's what you're getting with no good explanation as to why. somehow spent $200 a pair when the tag price was $60. I could read every sales tactic and would say no 5 times but would be bombarded with more information that didn't make sense to me. made to wait extended periods of time while sales person stared at the screen or wandered around the store. Sleazy tactics. At that point you'll just want out of that prison and they'll add whatever charges they want. "I added the insurance" oh really because it says they already come with insurance? But sure, add it without asking me. (I read the receipt in the end, was only flashes the screen while sitting there before being told the total.) When I came back for pickup the sale shark ran out the door while I was waiting for a few minutes to pickup my glasses. I verbally announced that "you would think they would want to help me pick up my glasses seeing me standing here and just having sold them to me." I made your commission check bigger but you couldn't acknowledge me AT ALL after making your sales. "Oh she's already clocked out" but was she 5 minutes ago when I got Here? Maybe I'm being over dramatic but all around I didn't feel comfortable in this store. go try on in the store then order online, skip the fees of the middle man. read more

Angie is the best. Very cool under pressure. This locations is always busy and seems under staffed. Yet when the other employees are frazzled and take it out on the customers Angie is the opposite. She speaks with kindness and respect to every person there and makes a difficult situation more pleasant. read more

Could we have found a better place? No! Every single person we interacted with here was beyond amazing. You all were 100 stars not 5! I couldn't have dreamt of a better experience. Not only did you give my husband an exam on the same day we called, but you made our whole day better. The polycarbonate has notabl inferior optical quality. It smears terribly and very difficult to remove smudges. This trait was never explained to me before purchasing as I would have never chose this material, or rather if known it is inferior, I would have purchased elsewhere. My last lenses were plastic at this location and lasted a very long time and did not have this smearing, smudge issue. Buyer beware if you are purchasing polycarbonate at this location. The store is great, the people are kind, but uninformed of this product, and they are just not upfront about the inferior quality of polycarbonate lenses. read more

Been going here for 3 years. My wife loves the Russian optometrist. He is very experienced and also performs lasik here in Columbus. We love the large selection and the friendly staff and fantastic prices!! We always get the complete package with trivek hi-index material to make the lenses super thin and they are by far the best price with our insurance, BlueVision (Davison). We tried Rinkov and Walmart and they are all around superior and lower priced. My wife got sunglasses too! read more

I was in this store for 10-15 minutes and completely ignored. There was 2 Thumb Suckers behind the counter. I was ready to use the card given to me with all the information on it of my frames and lenses. Essentially all someone had to do was help me. Their customer service sucks. Ron read more

Dr. Petrov is amazing! I have a significantly strong prescription and have been to some of the most prestigious eye doctors, including the Cleveland Clinic. After many failed attempt, Dr. Petrov was the only doctor to provide me the contact lenses that actually worked for me. He has been my eye doctor for about 4 years now and I always have a good experience in his office. On a few occasions, he has sat beside me in the waiting room to quickly chat about my satisfaction with my latest pair of glasses and/or contacts. His office staff is always courteous, professional and always helpful! read more

Went in today to see the doctors office section to order contacts. And they weren't there. Came in 10 til the time posted they closed and was told they left 20 minutes ago. Not the first time, came in for a contact exam before work and the doctors office section wasn't open til 15 minutes past the posted open time. I work an hour after they open and 30 minutes before they close. I just had to leave because I wouldn't make it to work on time. I don't understand why you would already have weird office hours for the doctors, and then they're not even there when it says. We're all human but time after time of closing early or opening late, I might need to find a new place to get contacts and glasses. It's a shame because the people working outside of the doctors office section are very nice and helpful. And always open when it says it will be open!! read more

So update Dr did refund my money for the exam but I am working to get my refund for the glasses. I had to call the corporate office on this.
