The variety is great and you will surely find something to make you happy. The staff is very fun, knowlegeable and can really help pick some frames that suit you. Dr. Tam has the latest in eye technology and is very helpful in getting your vision needs met quickly. They take most major insurance too. She takes the time to explain everything and address concerns. They use state-of-the-art testing systems that are so futuristic and accurate. I love technology. I seriously have never had an eye exam like this before. The technician (Alejandra) who assisted was professional, kind, and caring just like Dr. Shah. The front end staff are phenomenal. Shoutout to Amy and Comet at the front desk. The office manager, Rubi is so sweet and her customer service is excellent. Speaking of excellent customer service, April is stellar! She helped me with insurance processing, picking out just the right frames, and getting me all the bells and whistles without any hardcore upselling (I despise going to places for an eye exam where they make you feel almost forced to buy frames from them). I've never felt more at home or been out more at ease. I had some concerns about my right eye and Dr. S. astounded me with her knowledge and again, care. Their staff did a great job explaining my exam options and how they would affect final payment. The staff member who performed the various eye imaging/photos prior to seeing Dr. Shah was very kind and did a great job helping me understand what I needed to do at each station. Payment and gathering my prescription details on the way out was also handled timely and professionally. My eye exam was performed my Dr. Shah, she also fit me for contacts. I found her very friendly and professional. Everything from discussing my vision and medical history to the examination to thoroughly explaining things along the way were all done to a high and friendly standard. I especially appreciated the time she took explaining the various images they took of both my eyes. As for the facility, it's all kept very clean, including equipment. Overall I would gladly recommend Manor Vision and Dr. Shah to family and friends.

Others were pretty booked with 5:30PM due to high demands. Dr. Mallory Lynch performed examination. I see reviews saying she's fast but in my perspective, she was being careless. She made statements that made me uncomfortable. She might sound friendly but what i personally felt was she tried to be smart. Overall, i would not really go back again and would strongly not recommend this place to others.
