If you call them, you get to battle an AI agent to speak to the front desk. The AI agent only occasionally lets you through to a real person. If you manage to get through, the front desk staff is super overworked and alternates between just apologetic, and rude and condescending, depending on who you get. My appointment was in October and I still do not have contact lenses - two full months later. I will be looking for a new optometrist.
