We found the shutters needed some adjustment after the installation. I called Georgia, she set up another appointment with their installer. Walt arrived on time, figured out the problem, ordered additional hardware and then installed the hardware.....all at no additional cost to me. My only 'complaint'; I had to initiate the calls for finding out when the blinds and hardware would arrive to set up the installation appointment. He was so helpful and i was able to calm down after I saw the photos and messages on my new phone. He was very knowledgeable about the phones and how to effectively transfer my data. He really cares about his customers. Not just me but everyone who came into the store over 3 days. When my phone locked up he again successfully restored my information, data and my photos. Isaac the employee we dealt with told us the best possible plan was to add two addtional lines to keep our rate at 120.00. When our bill came we were charged 180.00. Returning to the store Isaac said he made a mistake, he did apologize multiple times, but said nothing could be done about it. We were told we were on a two year plan and we were stuck with it. An additional $1200.00 out of our pocket because Isaac made a mistake. This is how they treat customers who have been with the company well over twenty years.
