He then said in a text message his secretary sent my dad that only the bottom part of the gums would be white and he left all of it white not just the bottom part. My dad has gone to his office multiple times waited up to 4 hours to be seen because he tries to avoid him not only that once my dad told him he would look for legal help he slammed his hands on my dads chair and told him not to be threatening him my dad has everything recorded on audio. The staff is always different girls he also deleted the text messages he sent my dad but luckily he took screen shots of it. This is not a good place to go to not only does he do a terrible job but my dad is in great discomfort and he is old of age this can cause serious health complications and the Dr is doing nothing to help him it is embarrassing and low quality I have never in my life seen any one with white gums. Here I will leave some pictures & I will be putting in a complaint with the Dental board because not only is his treatments terrible theres complaints of his bad behavior with other clients on google as well. They allowed me and my son to share a room and me go first. So easy! The dental assistant and Dr. Kuan answered all of his questions so a kid would understand and never spoke down to him. They were gentle and made sure that both of us were comfortable the whole time. I even ended up doing a deep cleaning procedure during this visit, on the fly, and I didn't feel a thing (unlike my previous experience with another dentist for the same thing a few years back). No gas used. They accepted my Delta Dental of California insurance (where a lot of people don't) so i paid very little out of pocket. I will be a patient going forward. I had checked in at Care Now for a time after 1pm. I finally get a text they are ready for me at 4. I get there at 4:05. I was one of 3 people in the office. By 5, there were about 20 of us. In that hour, only one person had been called back and I had not seen one person come out. I went to the front and told the unfriendly office staff I was going to leave. I get it. I am sure she was overwhelmed. She said why, there is not a wait, I just have not been able to get you entered. I said, oh okay. If it will be a few minutes, I will wait. I waited another 20 minutes and walked out. I was lucky enough to find Rockwall Rapid Care on Google. I was afraid I would not make it by 6, when they closed, they said they would wait on me. I get there, they greet me at the car and take me back immediately to a wonderful room with a reclining chair. The nurse comes in to get vitals and I fill out some paperwork and they told me to punch a button next to my chair, when I was done. 5 seconds later the doctor comes in. He was a delight. The doctor is an MD, not a PA. He told me what my problem was with a joint in my foot, gave me a shot and told me, I would feel 100% better tonight and he was right. So thankful I found this place. It is a privately owned urgent care and the care I was given was unbelievable. They charged me a $20 copay. I told them, I thought it was $50. They said don't worry about it, if it is more than $20, we will bill you and they sent me on my way. My husband went with me and we were both so impressed and trust me, my husband does not impress easily, when it comes to doctors.

I understand doctors do not normally insert IVs but he wasn't capable especially if it's an IV therapy location? I was charged nearly $100 on top of my deductible for a COVID test which I wasn't told before the test was done. I've never been charged that much for a COVID test. Even though I asked about the charge and told him my copay amount, they still overcharged me which wasn't discovered until I asked for an itemized receipt. It took them many hours to issue the partial refund.
