This place sucks. The lady who was working there was very fucking rude to me. I came to wash clothes and everything was in the washers by 9:50 pm. She told me that she is closing the door at 11pm and that I have to be gone by then even if my clothes are wet. If you're going to tell me that then say it before I put the clothes inside the machine and turn them on. I would have gladly left. Anyways, this place is expensive and has poor customer service. I would highly recommend going to Coin Laundry on Monterey Pass Rd. Same machines but way cheaper. read more

One of the best laundromats I've been to. It's clean and well put together. A lot of different types of washers for your conveniency. They have about 40 different dryers. They give free soap on Wednesday's. They have free WiFi and washers that take all major credit cards and Apple Pay, not just quarters! Oh, and it's FREE drying if you wash clothes there! Only down fall is depending what time you go and when, there can be a lot of people. With that being said, sometimes you'll have to wait awhile for a dryer because some people like to use a good handful at a time instead of just 2 or 3. I've witnessed someone hogging up 10 dryers...smh. But otherwise, a great place id recommend! read more

This is my favorite laundromat of all time I think. You get a free dry with your wash and they have Apple Pay so you don't need to carry a heavy roll of quarters. They also have tv's and vending machines and the parking lot has ample parking. My only complaint is that they charge you a quarter to use the restroom... read more

I really like coming here because,of various reasons, 1-Robert and John really friendly with everyone. 2-free dry in really good condition dryers brand new ones to say the least 3-free- wifi and also if I don't have quarters you can pay with plastic. Ok confession time: I've never been to a laundromat before and I was really nervous when I had to go to one. I was looking around to see if there's a laundromat that I can "ease my way" into. A lot of the other laundromat that I was looking at had a lot of negative reviews, but when I found this one all I saw were positive ones. So I decided to give it a try. My first time at a laundromat was made into a great first time experience due to the manager and the staff. They were kind and helped me with my laundry. The manager kindly showed me how to use the machines and he even gave me a free quarter to use the bathroom(Yes. You need a quarter to use the bathroom). There's plenty of seating while you wait and there's a tv too. They also had free wifi but I didn't use it so I don't know if it's fast. Prices range from $2.50-$6 depending on which washing machine you use. But all the dryers are free! That's reassuring because the first time my clothes didn't completely dry. But I didn't have to worry about paying. I had a great time and will use their services in the future. read more

Located in a shady part of town but very new and Powerful machines cut my clothes cleaned like really really clean like I'm not even joking super clean these industrial machines kick ass and then the free drying is amazing I spread my laundry over six dryers and they were dry in 15 minutes luckily I was there when only one or two other people were there so it was awesome I will definitely come back to this place again free Wi-Fi free drying brand-new machines and no hassle with quarters you can just pay with your card it's very cool. I cannot overemphasize the new Industrial commercial washer kicks ass powerful it's worth the extra wash extra rinse 6 loads for 7 Bucks 35 minutes the cleanest laundry you've ever had and only a cup and a half of detergent so powerful. I've been coming to this laundromat for about 2years now. The cleaninless, the good service and the free dry service is awesome. There's new washing machines and new driers. I drive 13miles every time I need to do laundry but I just can't go somewhere else. I like this place so much that I wish the owner John could open a new laundromat in a city close to west covina.. this place is very well maintain but please people do your part on keeping this place clean. I enjoy this spot. Parking can be small and crowded but I always get a spot. Only one way to exit or enter fyi is on walnut grove right after the light so be careful. The facility is very clean, kudos to the manager and the lady housekeeper. The manager is very hands on, will even mop and clean the floor. As much as i wanted to give them tips for a job well done, but they won't accept it... Machines work great and accept quarters or credit cards. The facility is well ventilated as well. Clean! Guy who works there super friendly! Free dry! When I was there one lady hogged so many dryers, put like 2 items in every dryer as they became available. Which sucked. Well the guy who works there (I'm so bad with names, sorry) saw that my wash loads were close to being done and was watching which dryers would be available and told me! So I managed to get 3 dryers at least. He also filled me in - free wifi, free water from machine if you bring your own bottle, etc. He fills it and brings to your car. Washers take credit cards, which I've never seen before. Smaller parking lot shared with other stores so parking close fills up fast. Oh and thankfully the TVs were Not blaring some stupid soap opera or court room show. They were not that loud at all, so refreshing. Cost about $21.00 to do 3 large front loader machines, worth it to do everything at once. Maybe next time more dryers will be available. Worth the drive here for sure! read more

Place is great but this last time decided to buy a bag of chips and when I opened it felt soft to the touch ? It's a chip it's supposed to be crispy so looked at the date and it was expired went to the vending machine and they were all expired from the same brand I was really craving the chips and hungry only reason i didnt give it 5 stars was because the lady taking care of the place just looked at me when I let her know and said cant do anything about it !! read more

This is a very clean laundromat compared to previous ones i've been to. If you forget any laundry supplies, there is a vending machine available. The free wifi wasn't too bad, I was able to watch some youtube with no issues. While I was there, an employee was mopping the floor and I felt good knowing that the place is well maintained. The speed queen washers ($4) accept coins and ccs along with apple pay!! The free dryers were awesome, I was able to wash and dry my laundry in a little under an hour and finished faster than i expected to. Will be returning! read more
