I've only been to 2 other laundry places before but this one is definitely the cleanest and more updated one. This is the first laundry place i've been too that takes credit card! No more having to bring cash with me. I don't use laundry places often just when I need to wash my dogs stuff or other things I don't like to put in our laundry at home. I think i'll be coming back here when I do need too. The parking lot is a little small but that's ok. The customers here seem nice and friendly. I really like that there's a worker here that says hi to everyone and makes sure everything is going ok. read more

I wasted my money on a damn washing machine and I never got it back and nobody was there to help worst place to wash never come here!

I love this place! The new manager is so nice!! I walked in looking for a cart to bring outside and he was there at the entrance to give me one. Such a nice man. He actually does real work unlike the previous manager. This guy walks around and would refill his vending machine. The main reason I keep coming back here. The don't machines are brand new along with some brand new huge washing machines. Free Wi-Fi and drying! read more

I came here at 9:45Pm and they are closed at 11:00 but there still hang some words we can't came in but I still came in and I saw the lady work here she is very nice and reasonable she said ' we will close but you are here so you can wash , just be early next time with her nice smile ' I'm very happy to came here today ! First time here, the place is under new management for just a year and a half. when bringing clothes here to clean and we expect the area to be clean, this place has it all. It is SUPER clean :). The price is reasonable with FREE dry, FREE wifi. And they even offer FREE water up to 10 gallons if we wash more than $4.00. All we do just to bring the empty bottles. Cool, isnt it? This is the first Coin Laundry that I see they are accepting Visa/Mastercard besides coins. The sink area supplies paper towels to dry your hand not like other laundromat requires us to bring our own. Last but not least, the assistant manager, Robert, is very sweet and helpful. My dryer isn't working, washed my clothes here and dried for free, 2 baskets, 2 loads each, used the older model washers ($2.75 each) spent total $5.50 got in and out. Think John was maintaining the place making sure it's clean and dust free. Props to you man. Didn't do the newer machines Cuz it's $3.50 per wash for I think the same amount of space or maybe 10% bigger perhaps. I would use it if it was $3 though. I am a stingy bastard so don't mind me lol. All in all, I like this place and chose this place because it accepts coins and card etc, don't need to purchase a stupid card that I'll never use again. At SpinCycle, had to have exactly 3 $1 bills to buy the card and then try to get t refunded somehow later... I didn't even see anyone to talk to where I can refund it so I bounced and went here. read more

First time visit today. Spacious parking and the moment you walk in, you're greeted with nice smells of cleaning products! I saw Robert, the manager meticulously mopping the floor and the other customers were also having friendly talk with him. I rarely see a caretaker actively making his store better in the day and I totally appreciate that if anyone needed something, the person there could help. I had needed some assistance and he was very nice and also offered me different options due to the first machine I picked wasn't working. Free drying here and there are plenty of new machines to choose from. Absolutely will come back. read more

I LOVE Walnut Grove Coin Laundry! I know... how can you say that about a Laundromat? Here's the deal... Laundry is one of those chores I like to get over with quickly. First, it is very clean. There are a ton of machines. I have never had to wait. They have larger machines for my blankets and bed spread. Second, If you wash your clothes here, the drying is FREE! I like free! Third, they have free WiFi, Charging Stations and free glacier water! I can do my homework and work while I'm doing my laundry. Third, the staff is awesome. Super helpful and there is always someone there if I have questions or need help. Fourth, I LOVE that there is a loyalty program and fun contests going on. Last (but not least), it's easy to pay! They have Apple Pay, Debit, credit etc... Net/Net... Laundry is a necessary drag but if I have to do it, Walnut Grove makes it so much more pleasurable! Thank you. read more

Honestly there is so many things to say about this place. My wife and I have been coming here for many many many years! The owner does major changes to this place that looks phenomenal! This place always feels like home and feels like you are always welcome. All the staff here are very kind and generous and very very professional. I have been to many Laundry Mats before and this one is by far the best one I have been to. We used to reside in Rosemead, then El Monte and now to South Central and we still drive over here to wash our clothes. Many people would say "you drive all the way over there to just wash clothes" it's not about always about washing close by where you live. It's about where you feel comfortable and happy where you wash your clothes. This place is always clean, very convenient and reasonable prices. Vending machines full with snacks and drinks! Anyone around this area I highly recommend this place, it will get very busy at times just like any other Laundry Mat but you will definitely feel very very happy about this place. Great service here! Employees & the owner are very friendly. Last week, was my 4th time washing here, and I'll continue to come here. So far, this is one of the cleanest laundromats I've been to. Their a.c. is always running, which is great for warm days. Their restroom could use an upgrade, but oh well. I only use the front-loading washing machines & they work well, as well as their dryers (btw their FREE DRY is a plus!), all my clothes usually dry in one dry cycle. The vending machines are always stocked and priced very well, and if you wash & dry here you can bring in your water jugs from home & get them filled for free! Free wifi! Another couple pluses! Just be sure to ask an employee & they'll fill your water jugs. read more

Great experience here! Usually do laundry at home but had a bunch of bedding and sheets so wanted to get the job done fast! My mom told me about this place because you get free drinking water (the amount of either 5 gallons or 10 gallons of water depends on how much you spend). Not to mention they have free dry!!! The place is nicely kept and really clean. Got to speak to John, the owner and he is super friendly. If you ever need help or have any questions he's willing to help. First time in a long time using a laundromat. This place was clean. The manager spotted us when we came in and helped us. He helped shoes the right size machine for our comforters. And he helped us get soap. I have never been to a laundromat where there is someone there to help you. He was nice and the help was appreciated. read more

Had a great experience doing laundry with my boyfriend. Owner was friendly and helpful had a clean establishment. He Interacted with everyone in the laundry and asked them how there day was. A great owner shows a care for his customers and I feel like he did that great. This laundromat is seriously amazing. The washers are clean and accept credit card payments. I have never seen that before. The dryers are fairly new and they dry very quickly and efficiently. Additionally, the dryers are free. Free!!!! Whomever the business owner is, he or she is doing business right.
