I had a very frustrating experience with this dental office. They initially referred me to a…read morespecialist for the wrong tooth because of their own mistake and it almost resulted in a completely healthy tooth being extracted. Later, they decided to do the root canal and crown themselves. The root canal itself was fine, but the entire crown process took around 11 months. During that time I was given multiple appointments, many of which were either canceled at the last minute or delayed because the dentist was unavailable. On top of that, the crown had to be remade several times because it did not fit properly. I had to go through multiple rounds of impressions and installation appointments, which wasted a lot of my time and caused unnecessary stress. Overall, the lack of organization, repeated mistakes and constant delays made this one of the worst experiences I've had with a dental office.

Upon checking in, I am heading back within minutes. From the outside to the chair, it is clean. It is quiet and empty each time I come in. The employees are wonderful. Super helpful with scheduling appointments and are very kind. They are gentle every step of the way. So that I am comfortable, the assistant tells me what they will be doing before each step.
