    They do not answer the phone. we have called them numerous times for support yet they either do not pick up or simply never get back to us.

We didn't feel comfortable driving it so I went to O'Reillys and I used the diagnostic computer.The issues it brought with JT, this man talked to my husband in a way that you should never talk to a customer. He was so disgusting, I couldn't believe it. This man knew what the issue was and made sure people didn't tell us. In the end we ended up paying $565 dollars on a car that already had it on and sold it like that. It makes me so angry that we still had to pay for it. I was interested in a preowned car at their Chrysler Jeep store in Hopkins, showing their "Up Front (No Haggle) Best Price" on the windscreen. I was interested enough to started discussions with their Customer Specialist. The following day I find the car was moved to their "Walser Experienced Auto" store in Burnsville with a new "Up Front (No Haggle) Best Price" $2,399.99 Higher than their Hopkins store had it priced. I contacted the Customer Specialist along with the General Manager at the Burnsville store and asked if they would honor the previously posted price and was told NO, the new price was the UP FRONT (Haggle Free) BEST PRICE. Really? Since when do cars go up in value based on location in the same metro area?? In fairness I will say that the communication and response time with their staff at both locations was excellent and appreciated! I do however question the ethics and definitions used by the Walser Group regarding "UP FRONT (No Haggle) BEST PRICE". Is it possible that used car marketeers have learned nothing, given what they have experienced over the last 4 years? Are they still playing games? Spoiler Alert ... Your Buyers are Smarter Than This!! Please Do Your Research!! No Metro Dealer is the only game in town..... Thanks, MRR

Went home, called my bank, got a check for the whole amount, called them and told them I would be in the next day to hand them the check and pick up the car. I arrived, the car was dirty, had 1/4 tank of gas and they made me sit there for an hour while the guy filled out the paperwork and continued to try and sell me one thing after another while having his manager come over. Why would I want a maintenance warranty from a place that couldn't even do basic things right? I did all the leg work for them and the customer service was rude, lazy and I wouldn't recommend them at all!

We decided to buy that night and they were able to provide title services and apply for new plates. The price of the vehicle was awesome and perfect car for our daughter. They called about 10 days later when the plates arrived and both guys we worked with remembered us right away when we drove in to pick them up. Their lot is small, but seem to rotate inventory pretty quickly from the auto auction at fair prices. I think they do minor repairs and fixes onsite to get all the cars road ready from the auction. The interior waiting area was clean and plenty of open seating while pa-rework was completed.

Discount Tire said the tire had been driven on extensively with very low air pressure and was badly damaged on the inside. I'm guessing when they bought this car at auction they knew this and it appears a hole in the tire was plugged to repair it. Regardless of why the tire could not be removed, one would hope when they buy a tire the basic ability of removing a tire should be expected. When I went to pick up the plates I informed them of this and they said the sales person who sold me the car would contact me back. It has been 3 days and I have not heard any word.

We filled out a form with what we were looking for, and from there Bob took the wheel. He researched the options, presented vehicles that fit our needs, managed expectations throughout the process, and confidently handled negotiations and dealership interactions by my side. What I appreciated most was that Bob wasn't just helping us find a vehicle. He was acting as our advocate every step of the way. He made sure we understood our options, helped us avoid costly mistakes, insurance add-ons, and took the pressure off what is usually a stressful and frustrating experience for me. This is exactly what he says he does, saving people time, money, and stress, and in our case, he absolutely delivered. Besides saving us about $11,000 under market value on the first vehicle and about $14,000 on the second van. I've always hated the car buying process with a passion(!!!). While I still can't say I "enjoy" buying vehicles, Bob made me feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout both purchases. Okay away I went with my blind trust - We had a "gentleman's agreement" to begin with (no contract - just a payment). Total transparency::::Perhaps if my circumstances didn't change midway (I got offered a car midway through our chats and was just looking to sell my much newer car vs at the beginning of the 'agreement' I was going to buy AND sell through him). Also my encounter with him was at the beginning of the COVID pandemic (mid-March) which didn't help timing / the offers by the dealers. Overall "customer service" was ok, but because of the change of circumstances midway and COVID beginning from the dealers - resulted in a 'tough shit' from him (he compared it to a lawyer - even if you don't win you still pay) Fine but I didn't even use any of the resources / offers he found - and I was out hundred of dollars with no real return (I didn't even use any of the dealers he got a quote at to sell the car). In hindsight I wish I would have asked more questions or there would have been a partial payment to get quoted in the cars and then the final payment once the transaction occurred. Overall - ask questions and know what happens in all possible scenarios.

I applied in early May and provided proof of everything they requested. Three weeks later, I returned to pick up the vehicle after being told everything was approved and that I was "good to go." Honestly, the rude text messages and phone conversations beforehand should have been a red flag, but like many people in this situation, I truly needed a car. When I arrived, they asked for many of the same documents all over again. I didn't have everything with me, so they let me use one of their vehicles to drive nearly 30 minutes back home to retrieve documents. The vehicle they loaned me barely had gas and had issues itself. After returning with the documents and my down payment, they then told me I needed a money order -- something that had never been communicated beforehand -- so I had to leave again to get one. The entire process was stressful, disorganized, and took over 4 1/2 hours. The employee Jennifer came across as fake nice, and overall the environment felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I can't say for sure why, but as a person of color, I did not feel respected during the process. On top of that, the three vehicle options they showed me were all in poor condition. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would never return or recommend this location to others.
