    Cutting my dog's toenails & fasting are just a couple examples of things I find more enjoyable than buying a car... Therefore typically I put it off much longer than I should. My folks kept saying go to Enterprise. It's easy. So reluctantly I began my search online. As I narrowed my search to what was available locally, a chat bubble appeared. Initially I ignored it but I pictured my least favorite part of the car buying process- leaving the safety of my car at a dealership, and began to engage. I told her exactly what I needed. Within a moment she sent me 2 viable options. Still a bit skeptical I waited. A week later she followed up saying she wasn't trying to be pushy just wondering my time frame. I asked my friends' opinions about the cars, alternatives etc. Then I decided to at least go look (on a Sunday) at options at a traditional lot. What I found at the traditional lot was my first brand choice. But it was about $8k more than the cars the girl at E had shown. In addition the cars at E were all under 40k miles whereas the options at the lots were closer to 100k miles. She followed up again! Again not pushy just checking in. On Saturday afternoon my friends & I stopped by. I was met by a very polite salesman. He looked at my info already in the system and within moments we were test driving. Having seen the options at the traditional lots I realized the value the low mileage offered. It took two test drives to know which car I wanted. I'm going on & on. Let's just say even from this point it was easy. They looked at my car and offered me what I expected. There was no back and forth pretending to talk to some wizard of oz somewhere. The salesman even told me he'd make sure the gal I'd been working with online would get appropriate credit for her work. And I'm very happy w my purchase.

Okay away I went with my blind trust - We had a "gentleman's agreement" to begin with (no contract - just a payment). Total transparency::::Perhaps if my circumstances didn't change midway (I got offered a car midway through our chats and was just looking to sell my much newer car vs at the beginning of the 'agreement' I was going to buy AND sell through him). Also my encounter with him was at the beginning of the COVID pandemic (mid-March) which didn't help timing / the offers by the dealers. Overall "customer service" was ok, but because of the change of circumstances midway and COVID beginning from the dealers - resulted in a 'tough shit' from him (he compared it to a lawyer - even if you don't win you still pay) Fine but I didn't even use any of the resources / offers he found - and I was out hundred of dollars with no real return (I didn't even use any of the dealers he got a quote at to sell the car). In hindsight I wish I would have asked more questions or there would have been a partial payment to get quoted in the cars and then the final payment once the transaction occurred. Overall - ask questions and know what happens in all possible scenarios.

Sometimes their service prices are higher than their competitors, but I do think they have a higher level of service with videos for detailed inspections and great digital communication protocols. Last month, I scheduled a repair for a recalled Fuel Pump. Since the repair took a few hours, I added additional maintenance of oil change and transmission flush. Scheduling was an easy and quick phone call followed by a confirmation email with all the details needed. However, I received a nice competitors coupon in the mail and was considering moving to the competitor. I called their shop to explain, but they offered to match the competitor's coupon for 15% off up to $100 of service. At the time of pick up, there was a big problem that a LOT of white smoke started coming out of the exhaust when I was 3 blocks away. I texted to ask if it was normal and temporary after that repair. They said no and asked if I could bring the vehicle back. I brought it back and they gave me a free loaner car for the day since they couldn't get to my car that same day. It turns out that the turbo went out. Since I had lifetime warranty, it was covered and I didn't have the pay the $2800 of unscheduled repair. I was able to pick up my car the next day fully fixed with no added hassle.

They allowed Travelers insurance to pick up my totaled (but drivable) car from their lot. I already had my financing set up thru Capital One. I'm not a MN resident. I'm here from FL for work. They got my car registered, figured out the state tax laws for the out of state sale, and did the whole sale of the car via email and text. I didn't even have to come in except when i flew back to town to pick up my new car. That's exactly how simple a car sale should be! Any time i had a concern or question they responded immediately. Also, thank u Lucas for sitting in my car after i picked it up to help me link my phone to the car haha. New technology ‍‍ i love my semi-used 2023 Hyundai Elantra Hybrid limited. Made a crappy situation (my paid off car being totaled) a blessing in disguise. This car is gorgeous inside and out!

I called in to speak to someone and confirm if my warranty would cover it. The manager who took my call confirmed and was great, transferred me to the service department and Jeff was ALSO amazing. In the past I've felt like getting an appointment at the dealer is like pulling teeth, but they were happy to fit me in the next day. Appointment was smooth and efficient, I felt like they were more than happy to make a stressful situation as seamless as possible. I could not be more grateful! My only negative is that I had reached out multiple times a few months ago to inquire about upgrading my infotainment system. Several no-answers later and I did get an email from a woman who was not at all helpful, so I just gave up. I literally just want to give you my money, so I really shouldn't have to beg.

    Went here to buy a used car and the car we wanted had a chip in the windshield…read more When we asked about repairs, the manager told us they would only fix it after we buy the car because someone else could want it and they might notice the chip, so they wouldn't need to fix it. He said this was their policy despite also saying 4-5 times it would cost him nothing to fix. Made me concerned about what else they don't fix unless someone notices it. He also said water getting into the chip/crack and freezing (putting the integrity of the windshield at further risk) wasn't a worry because the chip was too small, which is just fundamental misunderstanding of how liquid works. Bought the car and the repair person confirmed the chip would have gotten worse if not addressed so the manager really didn't know what he was talking or was lying about it.
