Don't not recommend! I hate to write this review because of the good relationship my husband and I had with Mr Walsh before this experience. It's been about a year since I've had this experience with an attorney that works for Mr Walsh. I wanted to wait awhile to write a review not only to get over the horrible incident that I encountered, but to also be fair. I was and still am very distraught by an attorney that works at Walsh and Friedman's. I'm referring to Mr. Demartino and his actions towards me on Monday June 21s 2021. As well as some of his previous actions. His mannerism's and actions from the onset of our meeting were beyond unprofessional, and intolerable for a client of any firm. He was irritated from the moment he walked in, and I could tell he just wanted to be rid of his participation with this matter. He told me I just needed to make payment arrangements with my case and he wanted the meeting to end. He had previously asked me for some information and evidence to provide for my case, which I brought in, in full. However, he dismissed the viewing, or an explanation of it. He would ask questions, and then rudely talk over me as I tried to answer. As he stated, "we're not making this the case of the century," and "we are confused" repeatedly (referring that I was confused), I was shocked at his tone, his raised voice and aggression toward me. I was not confused at all, merely trying to answer his earlier requests and to try and convey my information. It was clear his intention was to rid himself of me as fast as possible. Sarcastically glancing at his watch repeatedly, talking over me when I tried to answer, belittling me in my responses to his questions, demeaning me in his tone, and having a raised voice over me, just because he felt power in the situation. I remained completely professional, trying to hold together my emotions, and not do anything to offend mr Walsh or his practice. On our first phone hearing he arrived 10 minutes late, which he blamed on me to the irritation of the judge, saying my client just arrived. Nothing could be further from the truth, and this lie was an early example to me of his disdain in trying to help me. I arrived 20 minutes prior to the start of the hearing. I have never felt like a victim before, but this was my first, and most true example of gender discrimination. Had my husband or another person been in the room, I am certain this type of behavior would not have taken place. His actions had me in tears in his presence, which only fueled his tone and actions. I asked if Mr Walsh was there, and he smirked at me pompously and said no. I gathered my things still crying after he said he was "done with me" , and would no longer help me. I had to pull over to the side of the road for 45 minutes, as I felt defeated, shocked, and frankly abused. I told him during the events he was degrading me, belittling, and condescending to me, only for this to fuel his actions. I have a 15-year-old daughter, who we are trying to teach equality, to stand for herself, to be honest, proud, and communicate with everyone on the same level: always respectful, professional, and courteous. I am disappointed in my own actions as not to have responded to him in the same manner he treated me. I should have stood up for myself but did not want to offend Me Walsh, as I said, in any way. I emailed Mr Walsh, and my husband tried to communicate with him to make him aware of this. Letting him know what happened, and that there should be no representation of his firm to be held in this light, and no female should have to endure what I did with a lack of respect, and even basic humanity. Had my husband been there, he would never have stood for it. It was discrimination and abusive behavior in all aspects. I am grateful for Mr Walsh's efforts, but disheartened by what has transpired, and disgusted by Mr Dimartino's actions, behavior and "professional." lt was something I will never forget. I've never been discriminated or abused by anyone the way Mr Dimartino was to me. Mr Walsh did nothing, not even an apology or reply. read more

If I could put zero stars I would. Worst customer service ever! They waited until my case was a warrant before taking any action, Causing me have me to pay more in the long run. I called to get a POA and gave minima information. I have used this company before and Mr. Friedman wouldn't even let me talk just refund my service and hung up on me. Worse experience I've ever had with a lawyer. I will never refer him again. i realize this won't affect his business but would like his clients to know how he treats his past clients. and i myself have never been anything but professional and kind to him. Please please please do not use if it's in a family court situation and you want to have a favorable outcome. I had an awful experience with issues such as, not letting the court now that we would not be attending a hearing, trying to get me to get to agree to things as though I was guilty of something, lack of communication and overall lack of professional service. I left and didn't even fight for my money back because it just felt so sleazy dealing with this firm. I also have a co-worker who received next to nothing in his divorce as far as time with his children and he pays an absorbent amount of child support because this firm didn't want to do the work and just tells people they have to settle. It's not true, crappy people get more without lawyers than this firm will have you get. Possobly these are isolated situations but when it comes to your family and your hard earned money, I would hate for anyone to waste or lose any of it unnecessarialy. read more

My family and I have used Kenneth Friedman for various things ranging from accident settlements to child custody to traffic offenses and everything in between. He has gotten friends of mine 'Not Guilty' verdicts in criminal cases and civil cases dismissed. In my last accident, Kenneth was able to go after the person that hit me's insurance and also sued my own insurance getting me double the payout. Kenneth Friedman is all bark and no bite, causing lots of money to be spent throughout a legal process without producing much good. He asks for 100's of pages of documents yet doesn't bother to read them, at his own admission, and has misinformation about a case only inflaming situations. He pointlessly argues points that make no difference and ignores the points that need addressed, he does busy work in order to bill clients and act like he is busy working for them, but no good end results from that work. His own anger comes through and he is tainted in his viewpoints. Be vary wary of hiring him. read more

We've heard horror stories of how dads seem to get the worst end of a divorce, and they can't see their children as much as they want to. This is by far the worst experience I have had with an attorney. Robert Walsh was never and I mean NEVER available and never wanted to return my calls. I found out my divorce was finalized two months after the fact and I found out online not from him. He was very rude when I was finally able to talk to him. I don't not recommend this attorney at all! Oh then he wants to charge an arm and a leg for my divorce that I won in default. Not court no nothing and says he spent 6 hours on my case and there is no way for me to prove otherwise. I paid him upfront thinking this would be smooth sailing.
