Principal partners and founders Tom Stauch and Matt Nowak work closely with our clients to develop an effective strategy for resolution at the earliest opportunity. Meet the Business Owner: Thomas S.

Tom represents his clients in a variety of litigation issues, including construction, real estate and commercial litigation, as well as legal malpractice claims. He is "AV" rated by Martindale-Hubbell - the highest rating available for ethical standards and "very high to preeminent legal abilities." Tom was born and raised in Dallas. At Texas A&M University, he was a member of the Corps of Cadets the Ross Volunteer Company. Tom received his BBA in Management and Marketing in 1992, and entered law school at SMU, where he served as articles editor for The International Lawyer law review before receiving his JD in 1995. Tom is licensed to practice law in the state courts of Texas as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts of Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Away from the office, Tom's passion is for his family (wife Susan and children Lauren, Ben and Owen), friends and faith.

A settlement case doesn't happen overnight. In my case, it took almost 3 years to settle, imagine that lol. But this team kept in great communication updating me every other month or so until they got me where I needed to be and finalize the numbers that I am owed. My attorney also FOUGHT for MY $$$. MY attorney knows what she's doing and gave me an estimate of the amount I would receive, and it was a little more than expected. I am thankful for this office.

Response to owner: Well no, because as you can see I've attached some screenshots that show that I reached out by phone after I didn't hear back to my web response to the yelp request where you accepted. I was eager to get going with an attorney and you were the first to respond and say that you could help whereas other attorneys were hesitant to work in Euless but open and waiting for my response. So I wanted to connect with you because you were first and because time is of the essence. I think I spoke with someone at your office twice and the second time she took detailed information and said she was going to call each of the cities and get back to me and then when I didn't hear back I called and followed up and no one ever called back. I used the Yelp feature where it's going to send it out to other providers as well but I specifically requested it from you first. So to accept online and then to go further and have a conversation with me and then not return my calls, not only leaves me waiting but it also leaves the other attorneys waiting because I'm not sure what's going on if you're taking it or not. And since you haven't even called me back since Tuesday and it's now Friday I'm not really sure what your argument is. Hence this review. They responded and said that they were happy to help me and then when I gave them information that was in the original inquiry about the two cities I have expired registration tickets out of they never got back to me even though I left several messages.
