Bread is spread out at various stations so you can sample the oils and vinegars. The owner was very kind and even suggested some various mixtures. They were really good! We must've stayed 30 minutes, which was a lot longer than we expected. There's just so many options to explore and the owner is so personable. We bought one bottle. Boy did we regret this. We ran out pretty quickly! When we visited a second time this year we bought a couple. Every few nights my husband and I light a candle, chop some bread, mozzarella, dolmas and whip out these tasty oils. Chipotle, being one of them, was a nice balance of just the right amount of spice. Upon our visit, they were actually out of prepackaged chipotle oil so the owner filled a fresh new bottle for us and sealed it right on the spot. Very accommodating! We inquired about online orders (which may be a possibility) just because we wanted the option to get more when we run out. I can't wait to visit again in 2018 :)
