He didn't just start fixing right away, first he told me the cost and explained what a 'mainline' was. At that point I didn't care how much it cost. I was curious so I watched for a few minutes and was really impressed with his knowledge of my drain lines. I asked why he didn't advertise, he said he liked to get referrals from others. I now have him scheduled to come out every 6 months so I don't have another crisis. I also price checked and he was the lowest I could find.

Discovered the copper connections from the house into the softener were just enough different to not fit. Contacted Edwards Plumbing and described in detail what two fitting needed to be changed for the install. (FYI, I use to be a contractor, retired now) First appointment opening six days later. Plumber arrived (no name), changed the two copper fittings, hooked up the discharge and overflow line and set clock.
