I originally todo the tech I didnt need a receipt but decided I was going to submit yo my insurance company. The company ghosted me. After about 10 calls and 5 emails and also contacting through the website, I still have gotten a response. well they did send me an email with a line that said service call and $0 on it. I needed them to list the products that were replaced with the total. They can put paid and $0 owed if they want. all of this and it's 3 weeks later. i even drove to the address on their website and it's a corner lot with no building. The open 24 hrs a day is an answering service that you will never be able to speak with someone that can help you. They said they would label it as urgent. Even that doesn't help.

They have no clue how to install HVAC systems. They tried to install the air handling system in my…read morehome and when I had my local inspector inspect the work Tapper and Sons did, he asked me if this was their first install because they did it totally wrong. They used toxic cancer causing glue inside the air supply side that specifically states "NOT FOR INDOOR USE" because I found the tubes in my garbage. When I walked in on them when they installed it, they were all high from the fumes and the owner had actually fell on the floor he told me. When I called to tell them they needed to rip it all out because the township inspector failed the install, Rob told me he has been doing it that way for 25 years. (I said, doing it WRONG for 25 years and making people sick). I am sure his employees will lose as many brain cells as Rob has and in my opinion, they should go to OSHA. I paid them 75 percent up front to install, but once I told him he failed inspection, he would not return my calls, not from any of his phone lines or his own cell, office phone, emails, texts. Total FRAUD . So I am out $15,000 and had to hire a real HVAC company. I actually did the air handling system and vents myself because I got screwed out of all that money and did not have enough. The work I did passed inspection and was told by the township inspector and the new reputable HVAC company that installed the heater unit that my work was 100 times better than what Crapper and Sons did. Stay away from this company, they are clueless, unreliable and criminals in my opinion. Got a lawyer friend of mine to look into it and he said I have a solid case against them, but would cost about the same in lawyer fees and would take a year or more. So Rob know how to play the system and that is about it. He got his money and his new motorcycle as I saw in his social media from what I paid him and that is all he cares about. Total loser.
