When insurance attempted to retrieve the vehicle, we were presented with charges far beyond what insurance considers reasonable, including: * $350 winch fee (insurance allows $100) * $125 fuel surcharge * $750 flatbed tow * $525 administrative fee (insurance allows $150) * $275 cleanup fee * $125 per day storage fees accumulating while release was being arranged Despite explaining the financial hardship this created, the business was unwilling to work toward a reasonable solution. Communication with the owner was dismissive and unprofessional, and the situation was portrayed as our fault for the insurance company we use. Accidents are stressful enough without facing excessive fees and unhelpful treatment afterward. I would strongly advise others to ensure they control where their vehicle is towed if possible.

They scheduled the full repair once they had my parts and completed the job in 9 working days. When i arrived to pick it up i was greeted with a meticulously detailed exterior of my vehicle. It looked showroom sharp ! My wife told me to look inside and when i opened the door my entire interior was SPOTLESS ( i have a kid .... my vehicle was TRASHED inside ! ) Im thoroughly impressed by the service i recieved there and would highly recommend them to all my freinds . If I could put zero stars, I would…read more I was involved in a front-end collision in December of 2022. This shop came highly recommended from another local mechanic. I dropped it off and was quoted that it would be done in March (rough, but understandable). March came and went with no communication. I called. "I'm waiting on parts, hopefully two more weeks." Three weeks go by. I call again. "Two more weeks, still waiting on parts." Fast forward to May, after several more "two more weeks", he says he has all the parts but is short-handed. He proceeds to tell me "one more month" several times the whole way into late July. He then tells me that he is waiting on more parts. I ask him, "You said you had them in May. Did you lie then, or are you lying now? The best response he can give me is "I am hoping to have it to you by the end of September". He wasted almost 9 months of my time, lied to me about parts, and provided zero communication. I reached out to him EVERY SINGLE TIME. This shop should be ashamed of how they run. They would be out of business in any other industry. Put up a sign reading, "Two more weeks." It can be your new slogan.
