The heat mold process is pretty hands off. An associate with put in the heat blaster and after that it's all you. Took about 10-15 minutes to heat up my boots and additional 10-15 minutes of walking around and going outside to roll the boots on the stones to create an arch. I recommend wearing your thickest socks and an additional one or two thin wool socks underneath to push out the foam/material if the boots were tight to begin with. Lots of deals.
