Associate there was extremely rude and condescending to my wife all because their ATMs were down. There is a proper way to address customers in a CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLL. If you don't like your job then find another one. Any why did the so called manager who said that there really wasn't anything she could do....how about tell customers that your machines are down instead of making them wait 10-15 minutes to only find out that you can't help them?!!!! I can't believe that as a manga get you allowed your rep to continue to laugh at customers on the floor. Being a customer that's been there since this business opened its doors have even met the owners of this establishment you'd think I had awesome things to say. As matter of fact there probably reviews of me on here raving about how great this establishment used to be. Now I avoid having to go in there for my weed or anything for that matter. So when I am forced to go in and make a purchase i do but these last few visits have been nothing short of frazzling. from me and my hubby checking in and then a bud tender tells him he can't go in with me. (That was last week). Or people checking in, (in order) but them skipping you four times and you notice but then decide that's the last straw. I'm not going to list each situation I've had here but I am a patient person and whatever customer service you teach your bud tenders needs improvements for sure. I went this morning right when y'all opened but I can't seem to get through one visit there without something unnecessary happening so like I said before I left I'll take my business elsewhere I'll drive farther if I have to but I won't ever be going back to this dispensary ever again! I just drove an hour to get to this dispensary, after calling to confirm they had the recreational edible I wanted, and when I got there they told me I had to have a medical card to buy the recreational edible because it wasn't packaged properly. Don't get cartridges here I have literally bought multiple carts from here and all of them are sucking up wax like a damn straw. I have tried to go back in and explain to them what's going on and if they could resolve the issue and there response was " well we can't verify that you had kept the cart up right, you probably got wax in the tip." Which first off is ridiculous, as well as I know for a fact when they get there deliveries there not ensured to be in then upright position. I spend a lot of money here it would have be nice to receive some better service regarding this situation. Never visit this dispensary. Bought a $45 cartridge that doesn't work. Went back to tell them and was told by a nice brunette girl that the owner is aware of the manufacturer problems with this product and they no longer are ordering them. She said the owner's wife wants to make it right for everyone that bought these faulty products. The employees were not told yet how, so she said keep coming in and asking. Went in yesterday, spoke with the manager Aaron unfortunately. Let me first say, I am a nice person, and have never left a bad review for any company, but this deserves a negative BLAST!!! He was unwilling to resolve the problem logically. He said all he would do was give he the same product again. If you bought a ripped shirt, would you want a replacement of another ripped shirt??? Honestly. Hell no! Tried calling him today to resolve before resorting to negative feedback, but all he could do was talk over me. So, here you go WAM. Fair prices, decent quality, no private reserve, mostly lower quality wax concentrates but good prices. Small selection of products compared to other dispo but the environment is very friendly and honestly is my favorite dispensary at the moment because I live near it. I've been to most dispensary's in a 50 mile radius. They got their shit handled and basically no wait only rarely do you have to be waiting in line. I will give them a better review once they have more options and better deals. Edit: I would buy flower from them if it wasn't overpriced. read more

This is the worst dispensary~!...I visited for the first time a couple of years ago & swore I'd never go back...With the legalization of recreational marijuana the stock seems to be low everywhere...I noticed that WAM 'did' have a product that I was looking for...Against my better judgement I stopped in to make a purchase...As before, the place has a cold atmosphere and is very businesslike and unwelcoming...The dude that waited on me did not smile, nor make eye contact, and seemed totally bored...He gave me my product, stapled the bag & I left...I had to run a few more errands before I got home to open my bag to look at my purchase...It was then I discovered that the dude had given me the WRONG item~!...I'd asked for Purple Punch & he gave me Papaya Punch~!...I was so fed up that I didn't have the energy to get back in my car to return my purchase~!...Once again, WAM lived up to it's 1-star rating~!...Buyer beware especially at Wickenburg Alternative Medicine...Believe me this WILL be the last time I go there~!
