They guided us through the daunting task of designing our menu and beverage program, as well as assisted in our furniture and linen rentals. We always felt like we were in good hands. We ended up going with BBQ, Asian, and fall seasonal stations, in addition to an assortment of fun appetizers, plus gourmet donuts for dessert. Kristin from Capers COMPLETELY made everything so easy. She was so responsive and answered any and all random questions. She helped us with a timeline and diagrammed how the room would be set up and she was on top of EVERYTHING. It was great to have someone I could completely trust so I could worry about other things. Then, Catherine took over for the dinner itself and she was amazing too!
