We ended up going with BBQ, Asian, and fall seasonal stations, in addition to an assortment of fun appetizers, plus gourmet donuts for dessert. She helped us with a timeline and diagrammed how the room would be set up and she was on top of EVERYTHING. It was great to have someone I could completely trust so I could worry about other things. Then, Catherine took over for the dinner itself and she was amazing too!
