A cappuccino should only be served as a 6oz. When I asked to just have a 12oz with a lot less milk they could not comprehend. I changed my order to an iced 12oz honey latte. Also their 12oz is only served with one shot which is absurd so I had to add a shot. Lastly, the espresso was very bitter and tasted burnt, this is the barista technique.
