The massage with May was fantastic. Most Swedish massages are too hard for me, but she has a soft, relaxing technique. I almost fell asleep on the chair, which is the biggest compliment I can give! Highly recommend May. Shortly after my massage, I waited in the relaxation room again for my facial with Mia. Mia also did a great job. My skin was glowing after, and I even purchased her recommended facial oil after. ME Spa is now my go-to place for relaxing in the Simi Valley area.

They informed me they are editing an instagram post and that it will only be another minute until they are be able to do my brows. I had not been acknowledged for 15 minutes, so I got up and left because I was going to be late for work. As the only client in the room, not being acknowledged for 15 minutes when there are two people capable of doing my brows sitting on their phones, was honestly so baffling to me. They texted me weeks later with an AI generated apology. As a business who claims to have "top-notch service...and professional atmosphere" (as per their website) this was very classless and ingenuine. Susan even went out of her way to remove me as a follower on her instagram As unfortunate as this is, these few experiences (out of the many) gave me reassurance that my time and money should not be invested into a businesses who doesn't prioritize or value their customers. Second green flag my lashes looked really cute after she was done I got the wet look so worth it. Third green flag My lashes aren't crooked a day later. My last tech for some reason my lashes would flip upside down all the time and it would be really hard to get them to go straight. I'm 4 days in and I haven't had a single problem with them and if I did and I use the brush they flipped right back over. I recommend Cindy also for lashes she knows what she's doing. I had been seeing another derm in West Hills i liked her but there was…read morean issue with my husband that happened while we were out of town that resulted in surgery when we came back. We placed an emergency call to her and she never called us back . We Moved on. I met Dr rubenstein staff , had my yearly melanoma check up and one of the items I went to see him for was completely misdiagnosed by the old derm, she was causing scaring all over my body by freezing things that didn't need it . All I needed was CeraV for what dr rubenstein staff diagnosed as keratosis . With the CeraV it was gone within 3-4 days . I also tried his in office brand of skin care -the Retinol .5 and in one month i already see the lines disappearing . I use this treatment under my regular moisturizer and i'm very pleased I even use it in the fine lines under my chin and it's been great. there is no redness or reaction only soft smooth skin. I highly recommend this office and the retinol treatment . I'm going back to purchase eye cream . if it works as good as the retinol , This is the Go-to guy.
