Option 1 Fitness has earned a five star review review for the following reasons: 1. Cleanliness is kept top priority. This is the cleanest gym I have ever worked out in. 2. The cardio equipment, machines, free weights (Dumbbells 5-150, bumper plates, etc) are all brand new. The machines are oiled weekly and are very smooth. 3. They let you lift heavy and use chalk! It was nice and cool on a hot day yesterday when I was on the treadmill and the same this morning when I went to lift. Very clean, new equipment, varied equipment, the weights were all arranged appropriately (VERY important to my brain), friendly and easy check in process, nice spin studio, seemingly a good class offering, and so not crowded at all.
