From the moment I made the appointment, the staff was so helpful and kind. The whole process was seamless, and they even were able to get my kids to do the dilation drops without any drama. For reference, I had to wrestle my kids down for pink eye drops in the past, so I had low expectations this would be successful. It's important for me that my kids have a good relationship with all things related to their health, and this was such a positive experience for them. Another thing that impressed me is how thorough Vision Veritas is, they told me information about my eyes that I have never heard from any of the previous optometrists I had ever been to.
