Fast forward - I go in and drop my sunglasses off because they said they can help me! The little knob slipped off of the nose piece - said it was a quick fix and within 15 minutes I was already back in with a fixed pair of sunglasses! They said no charge because it was such an easy fix and I just think that's such an example of great business and them not taking advantage of customers... Located inside Grand Central Station, this store is conveniently located as one comes up on the escalator. Carla, a salesperson, helped check which pairs were polarized as many were not. Finally I found one named Sydney Brioche Tortoise with tortoise shell frames which looked attractive. Solomon tightened it for me. The return policy is thirty days with a full refund. This store is bright and all the offerings are nicely displayed.

At my recent annual eye exam, I had the 2018 glasses checked because I was considering updating them, and I was surprised to learn that both lenses in those glasses have the exact same prescription. The issue is that my eyes have not had the same prescription since I was a child, so there is no reason these lenses should have matched. Unfortunately, it appears the glasses were made incorrectly from the beginning. I understand some responsibility falls on me for not having the glasses checked sooner since I rarely wear them, but I'm still very disappointed that I paid for lenses that were not made accurately in the first place. I would have expected better quality control and attention to detail from an eyewear business.

Nina was incredibly patient and did her due diligence to ensure that I was comfortable and well-informed. Dr. Shirazian was also impecable. I appreciate how well she explained the complex terminology in layman's terms. She answered any questions that I had. Her professional recommendations and suggestions were detailed and informative. I stopped in at 5PM today and it became apparent that the doctor wanted to rush out. He started with a rude comment to the assistant about adjusting the chin strap better however her position was more comfortable. I was mockingly told to guess even though I said I couldn't distinguish any features. Then he says my answers aren't making sense because they aren't consistent. The worst came next when he physically man handled my face and eyes to put in eye drops and test my pressures.
