Buying glasses is now like buying an iPad at the Apple Store. Very friendly staff, no high-pressure and the glasses come with all the extras without any extra charges. This is the way it always should be. Plus, I was able to submit for reimbursement from my vision healthcare program and got reimbursed 100%. The process is very simple as Warby Parker emails you your receipt and the link to your insurance company. Bought 4 pairs already for myself & family members!

Being an optometrist and Owning my own practice for 25 years I took a chance after seeing two years of commercials for Warby Parker and boy was I surprised. The salesman was very polite as I walked in with my prescription and I chose a frame. The optometrist took the necessary measurements, I paid and it took less than one week to receive my glasses mailed to-my door With the frame, transition poly carbonate progressive lenses The total came to $395. I usually pay $500 just for the lenses & another $500-$800 for a frame so this was a steal.. if anyone understands the word value get two pairs as I'm going back again!!!

Warby Parker is really famous online but I did not know there was store close by me. I was so glad to find this place in Westfield. Due to COVID restrictions, you have to go and put your name on the list (if there is one), and they will text you when its your turn. I didn't mind, within 15 minutes my turn came in and the service was really efficient. I normally hate shopping for eye wear but it was so easy to find something I like. Do not be shy to ask the staff for help, they have very good recommendations. After I made my purchase, the glasses came via mail within 7 days. I love my new frames, thanks Warby - I am a true believer in their eye wear now!!

Warby Parker never disappoints. This location is wonderful and the staff is super friendly and efficient. I was in and out in 30 minutes- this included my son choosing his frames and entering my information for shipping. 100% recommend this location, and of course WP lenses! P.S. These lenses are NOT the first WP pair he owns.

Why go to WP store rather than the optometrist sharing a location with my ophthalmologist? Less expensive?

Went to I to Eye today because unfortunately I am getting older and I have been noticing some…read morevision changes recently. A few weeks ago I went to my primary care physician and explained to him some of the things i was experiencing and he recommended i go to an ophthalmologist. Dont have the time to get into the difference between an optometrist and ophthalmologist, but a Google search will explain that for you. The ophthalmologist I saw diagnosed me with intermittent extropia...which had me concerned but I was told "dont worry about it for now" and was given a new prescription that i could take to get frames/lenses. I wont mentioned the opthalmologist's name (he is a highly rated Dr with a good reputation from what i know, I hold nothing against him, I just was looking for something more out of the visit personally)...Which brings me back to today...I went to see Dr Madeline Fernandez who was able to give me a follow up exam and consultation and talk to me further about the intermittent extropia diagnosis. I have been going to I to Eye since I was about 15 or so, from when the shop was at its prior location just down Broad St (the current office is in the old Lucky Jeans location if you are from the area and remember). I am in my early 40s now...so the office being in Town so long tells you that this business has the support and trust of the community...Primary reason i went to another doctor was based on the recommendation i got from my primary but going to Dr Fernandez to talk to her...i walked away feeling relieved, educated, and confident that my corrective lenses are going to address my problems. She took the time to explain prism lenses to me and progressives which I will be using going forward. The office and optical boutique has plenty of brands and styles to choose from. Arnell and another gentleman (I dont remember his name) helped me pick out my new frames. Arnell was sitting behind a desk and told the other associate "Why dont you show him the Tom Ford glasses with the clip"...Arnell has a great sense of style and knows what I like based off the frames I have now and historically have purchased...he even commented "these frames are very engineer like" which made me chuckle because it was cool that even though I havent been to the office in a few yrs, he still remembers my profession. I absolutely love my new frames and i am excited to get them. Dr Fernandez and Arnell are not only professional but great, kind people/human beings. They just have a calming/relaxed temperament. If you are originally from the area/Westfield you know how often businesses open and close in a short period of time...I am happy that I to Eye has stood the test of time and that I have place I can trust. Having great doctors (such as Dr Fernandez), a great mechanic, a great tailor, and a great go-to local restaurant...just give you a feeling that cant be taken for granted. This review for I to Eye is well overdue. If you need an eye exam or just want to get some stylish frames this is the place to visit!

I started going to this practice on the recommendation of my previous ophthalmologist, who retired…read more I was willing to give it a chance, but after my most recent experience I'll be going elsewhere for my next eye exam. As other reviewers have noted, patients at this practice go through a "production line" process, along with long waits between various tests, before seeing the doctor. Expect to spend at least 90 minutes, even early in the day. The previous two years, I was seen by Dr. Yang, the optometrist on staff. She was thorough and took an educational approach - I appreciated the time she took to explain a condition she'd observed and her willingness to respond to my questions. While I wasn't thrilled with the amount of time the whole experience took, I felt I'd gotten something positive out of it. This year, I was seen instead by Dr. Calderone. Or at least I found out it was him after I saw the signature on my prescriptions - he never introduced himself, nor did anyone inform me I wouldn't be seeing Dr. Yang. Instead, as soon as Calderone walked into the exam room, he looked up another patient's chart and spent several minutes talking about that patient's issues with his assistant. With several other exam rooms available (and presumably a personal office somewhere), why would he talk about a patient in front of a stranger? Once done with that, he turned to me and said, "your turn!" Looking at the computer screen where my test results presumably were on screen, he started muttering about what he was seeing; it sounded as if he doubted the information he was reading and was trying to correct it. He had questions about my contact lenses and it got to the point where I said I'd go home to find the box to confirm that what Dr. Yang had prescribed the year before. My confidence in him and his skills was rapidly waning. Now we're on to the exam, and he coughs in my face as he's looking at my eyes through the instrument. Seriously. We're in the middle of cold and flu season (I won't even go into covid and RSV...), and a physician can't even bother to turn his head before he coughs. Exam done, he tells me that nothing's changed since last year, and I can pick up my prescription at the optician's desk in the lobby. While I'd been considering buying a pair of glasses there, the optician (after keeping me waiting) simply asked if I needed to order contacts and handed me my prescriptions when I said no. Good thing I didn't get the glasses there. When I finally looked at the prescription before going to an optician, I saw that it's dramatically different from the scrip I got last year and didn't account for my bifocal needs. Either Calderone was lying when he said my vision hadn't changed, or he simply wasn't paying attention. I wouldn't have been happy to spend several hundred dollars on glasses with the wrong prescription. Either way I'm not going back. And I had a cold two days later. Thanks, Dr. Calderone.
