I was confused about my life and anxious and not particularly looking forward to talking about my issues and wasn't exactly even sure what my issues were besides confusion and sadness. Kara put me at ease immediately and walked me through the process so that I was totally comfortable. I had not heard of EMDR therapy but Kara used it to great effect in my case.
