Pain - Dr Alzubi has a team of specialized nurses who just do the humming, I've had 3 different ones. All awesome. Gentle - No pain, and Dr Alzubi genuinely cares if she's hurting you. Responsive - I've had 4 separate issues and Dr Alzubi cleared schedules and saw me immediately each time. Professional - There were 2 situations where I knew there was a cheap route and a route where the dentist made more money. I am terrified of dentistry. The kindnesses shown by all the staff to me was simply incredible. The nurse for me never left my side. She held my hand at times without prompting which immediately reduced my anxiety level. During the surgery procedures themselves I was comfortable. No pain at all. When there was as an anomaly on the temporary denture the doctor and the Lab Man fixed it. Dr McIntire was patient and exacting to ensure the best result. What else,? my ride who was waiting for me heard a mother lambast the staff for not doing a dental procedure on her son, who was non compliant with pre-op instructions. My goodness, in the back while I was in recovery, the staff was professional and only spoke of the incident in a manner meant to allay future occurrences. No mention of the fact that this office was more concerned about the health of the mother's son than the mother herself. But, with all the sincerity I can muster, I mean what I just said: he changed my life for the better. Dr. Bass specializes in cosmetic dentistry, and after a quick Google search when I was contemplating getting veneers in 2005, I found his Web site, read all about him and quickly made an appointment - right on his site! Every person in his office is helpful and friendly. Tonya, the office manger, is the best around. You always feel welcome there. In fact, when I first stepped foot inside his office, there was a small flyer that read, "Welcome to the family, Alicia." (Or something like that). Plus, there's always snacks and little juices to tide you over - or grab on the way out. And if you need further proof of his success stories, you can pick up a photo album and look through the Before and After photos of real patients. So, why did I pick Dr. Bass? I wanted to fix the gap in my front teeth that had caused so much insecurity in my life. I was always so reluctant to smile. Now, however, I smile as much as I can. In fact, I don't hesitate to break out in the cheesiest smiles, for my teeth look incredible! "You have one of the prettiest smiles I've ever seen," a friend told me recently. "Thank you," I said, "I better have. I paid for it."
