Was told the vehicle had been poured full of stop leak. The head gasket hadn't been changed; was also told by B & R the air condition was bad and needed a A/C kit. Upon inspection by another garage the A/C hadn't been changed, when confronting B & R about this they blamed an employee and said he told them he had done the work. I asked for receipts for the parts. They never produced any receipts other than saying there here somewhere. Finally, they offered a partial refund. I asked for full because they had bought no parts and only poured the vehicle full of stop leak. Had no receipts for any parts. I have filed a suit in civil court.
