After a month and a half, I went and got it, leaving the RV unfixed and losing camping time. They never let me know how long it will be until I get it back. Unless you call, they still use the same excuse, that they have two families who live in their RVs and therefore they must come first. While I do understand this, after a month and a half, I still received the same excuse that they, again, have two RV families who live in them and they come first. I sure don't know how long it takes after a month and a half. They always want you to drop off your vehicle with absolutely no time frame provided as to when it will get ever get done. They certainly won't call you, either. Now, I have to deal with any leakage damage that may have occurred while they knew about it and it was in their possession, while just sitting down there for under 2 months, even on heavy snow days. Then there is arguing with the owner which isn't pleasant because she said she accepts no responsibility. That's why even a one star is too much. It's a very irresponsible way to manage and you can forget customer service.

He said he would squeeze us in , we ordered the parts from the manufacture ourselves to save time since our trailer is not common. Dropped it off on a Monday at 8:45am, got a call at 10:00am it was ready for pick up. We had been quoted 3-4 hrs at another place, he charged us 1 hr and did a fantastic Job. I would go to these guys and trust what they say if you ever need your RV serviced.
