They said they were backed up but bring it in. We dropped it off as they were closing on Saturday and they had fixed the problem by noon on Monday. (We feared we be living with a water bucket on the trip or have to leave it at the Braun's and pick it up on the way back!) We coasted off to an exit and managed to get into a truck stop where we spent the night. Managed to get it started again but it barely ran and was spewing exhaust. I searched google and Facebook for local diesel shops and landed on Dale's place. I sent a frantic message at 1am as they were closed and to my surprise I had a reply before 6am! Dale himself was on the phone with my husband before the start of their business hours asking what was going on with the truck. We asked for a tow recommendation and got there right as they opened. The shop wasted no time and Dale's guess was correct - we had a bad injector that they diagnosed and replaced quickly, including replacing the seals on the other injectors to prevent another failure. The price was more than fair and everyone was so friendly. Even our old dog was comfortable and happy in the lobby while we waited. We got back on the road fast and give this shop the highest recommendation, thank you so much Dale and crew! We will never forget you!

Mark assured me he has a mechanic with years of experience, and he should be able to complete the alignment. Brought it in at 10AM, picked it up around 2PM. I have towing through my dealership and once I made the call, it was less than 15 minutes of sweat and stress until I was in a huge air conditioned tow truck and my car in the hands of Robert. He drove my teen and I to the dealership, a good 10+ miles away and was pleasant to talk with. He shared his car knowledge and I appreciated his humor and realness on what could've been a bummer of a day. These towing folks see customers on their worst days and he made it better by being quick, efficient and so so kind.

Extremely disappointed. After an oil change and multipoint inspection (which was quickly done), the…read moreonly issue mentioned was my tire tread getting low. However, they neglected to find these obvious issues. Keep in mind I was told before service and after that they top off what needs to be topped off. 1. Radiator coolant was at the minimum before service. The radiator coolant remained at the minimum after service. They topped it off after I pointed it out, but I shouldn't have to. 2. Antifreeze was at the minimum going in and is still at the minimum. I will be topping it off before going to another dealership to have it flushed out and replaced. 3. They mentioned they checked the engine air filter and it was fine. Upon inspection at home, the dust on the air filter cover was undisturbed showing they had not touched it. Upon inspecting the air filter, it was painfully clear that it was not checked and was desperately needing replaced. A picture is provided. 4. They mentioned the cabin air filter was also checked and was fine. After removing the filter, it was clearly evident that it wasn't checked as it was disgusting. A picture is provided. I don't know if it's because they lost their master mechanic (what they told me) so it's inexperience, or if it was laziness, or a scam, but they have lost all my trust and I will never go there again. I will be going elsewhere for another inspection to see what else was missed.

I took my convertible here because the convertible top would not operate. I dropped the vehicle…read moreoff in October 2024. I got the vehicle back in December of 2024. Due to the low temperatures when I picked up the vehicle, I was not able to operate the top since the rear window is plastic. They informed me the top worked and to bring it back in the spring if it did not. I paid $460. I got the vehicle out of storage in May of 2025. The first time I operated the top, it did not work. I took the vehicle back in July 2025. They had the vehicle until December 2025. They gave up on the vehicle. I picked up the vehicle up in December 2025. The top still did not work. They had the vehicle a total of eight months and charged me for their time and I had a vehicle that did not work. Also while they had the vehicle the left rear window stopped operating. They wanted me to pay for the parts and labor to fix the window. When I dropped the vehicle off in July 2025 I had ¾ tank of gas. When I picked up the vehicle in December 2025 I had ¼ tank of gas. When I asked if the vehicle had been driven they stated it had not been driven. I then showed them photos of the gas gauge of when I dropped off the vehicle and when I picked it up. He stated he didn't know why the vehicle had been driven. I took my vehicle somewhere else and they fixed the issue in three days and did not take the vehicle for any joy rides.
