Brought in my Ford F250 20 an oil service and I gave two additional notes that I wanted to have them check leak and my sensor. I couldn't get them to give me a proper estimate quote for over a week. Finally, the customer service representative Stephanie hand wrote something out. She marked things off as done, which were not done I never received a phone call in a timely manner from them. Only received emails in the late afternoon hours. It came back and said they had additional recommendations to do for work front and rear shocks and rear brakes pads and rotors when I asked to see visual aids of these things they couldn't have been bothered to actually take a picture in a video to show me what was going on After 7+ days I went to go pick the vehicle up. It wasn't even in walking distance and I'm looking around and I said the not out here and they're like oh it's in the back you have to go walk and get it yourself and I've been going to wear him for basic maintenance for 10 years. Not mention, I am the definition of a one man band at work so leaving my place of business to go pick up and drop off a vehicle. I have to move to do so. I've been going to Wareham Ford for 14 years. After this last oil change, I'm done with them servicing my vehicle. 3 wrong oil changes out of the last 4. It's either the technician can't read the work order properly or the customer service person can't write up a simple order correctly. Twice it was corrected to the proper oil (that I've specified for 14 years in a row!). One time I found out when I went for the next oil change (of which they charged me for the more expensive brand) because the service person mentioned it. This last time, I walked out shaking my head...if they can't get a simple oil change correct, then what are they doing to customers that have more complicated work done??? I couldn't be more disappointed with the service at Wareham Ford. Brought my 2017 Mustang in for service and had a concern about my front suspension. Understandably, they couldn't duplicate "the noise" - so I want to go ahead and have them replace my front assemblies - do you think I can get anyone to call me back and give me a price? Refused to work on my car without also changing the alternator. It had a bad wire that needed to be replaced, but there was no reason the alternator needed to be replaced that day. The car was running and starting alright and it was not a safety issue. Go to Master Muffler, at least the guys there are honest and don't charge you for unnecessary services. read more

If I could post 0 I would. Since 2013 I have purchased 4 new explorer's from Wareham ford. Two limited, two Platinums. I have paid with a Bank check in full each purchase. After checking my credit with Experian I find out Wareham Ford pulled a credit check on me without any authorization from me. I never filled out any sort of finance application because I was paying in full with a Bank check. It affected my credit rating!! After checking with my salesperson on why he pulled a credit check, he said the Irs requires a check on any cash transaction over $10000.00 Totally not necessary in my case, again was not paying in cash, I used a bank check, two totally different animals. My sales person whom I have trusted for 4 car purchase lied to me to protect himself. After a follow up call with the manager, he just kept saying to my wife and I, It could not have effected our credit score that much. THAT WAS NOT THE ISSUE, YOU CANNOT REQUEST A CREDIT CHECK FOR AUTO IN MA, WITHOUT WRITTEN AGREEMENT !!!!!!!!! The lowering of our credit was a side affect of what they had illegally done. If they had just said they made a mistake, I would have been fine with it, instead they chose to deflect!!!!!!! very disappointed with all involved!!!!! read more

After being scoffed at by another Ford dealership about a problem in my car that was supposed to be covered under warranty and storming out, I brought my car to Wareham Ford. They had my car for six days and gave me a loaner while they worked on it. They honored the warranty the other dealership said didn't exist. They were honest and didn't take advantage of me which is refreshing for a woman at a car dealership. Highly recommend. read more

He responded in a timely manner and ask pertinent questions to my complaints- frustrations. His email presented as genuine and responded with concern as well as invited me to give them another try. I am ready to try again- I know poor service issues can and do occur and how a company-service provider, responds is sometimes more telling than the initial problem. I'm going to get right to the point, This is an exceptional dealership with an exceptional staff. The buying process is actually unreal. Just when you think all dealerships and employees have lost there genuine care for the customer and approach to build a relationship for repetitive future business Wareham Ford takes that stigma away. I've searched and searched for almost 2 years for a luxury car for a good price and never did I imagine I would stumble across a Jaguar priced incredibly fair with all the bells and whistles you can ask for, not only is the car unreal but the buying process exceeded my expectations. It literally was as simple as this..... I emailed inquiring about the car I seen on Cars.com, within minutes salesman Scott L. responded to my inquiry via phone, upon conversation about the car which Scott was as detailed about the car as humanly possible I felt comfortable enough to leave a deposit over the phone sight unseen with the understanding if the car did not meet my expectations deposit was fully refundable, Met with Scott the following weekend to see the car/test drive in which in my opinion exceeded Scott's description !!!! Sat down with Scott went over the final numbers which I must stress had NO HIDDEN FEES AT ALL included. Every line amount on the purchase agreement was explained and reflected with accurate totals !!!!! Several dealerships in Massachusetts prior to my purchase at Wareham Ford have tried to implement ridiculous fees exceeding $1500.00+. Once looking over the paperwork I purchased the vehicle, It literally was just that simple !!! I cannot express my gratitude for this dealership especially Scott Lopes the salesman he made this buying process so easy it was actually scary !!! I recently took my wife's car to Wareham Ford for a 4wd problem, after fixing the car to the tune of $2600+ the car was still doing the same thing that we brought it in for. So I called them back and express my concern that they would just throw a bunch of parts at it that were not needed and the problem might not get fixed. They told me to bring it in and they would take care of it, after some conversation they picked up the car and left me a loner for the day, the next day I received a phone call saying the car was fixed ! When I asked how much it was going to cost me they told me that I was not going to be charged. This has restored my faith in this dealer ship and repair shop, I will definately be taking my car back in the future if needed. read more
