These are $35-40 and $55-60 bottles, respectively. The owner gives me some sheepish grin, a shrug, and a "these are allocated products" line. Yeah, for you and for every other store in town. For every store in Kentucky, for that matter. Now, I'm sure they sit behind the shelf collecting dust for quite a while, but occasionally some college-aged kid or newbie comes in, sees Blanton's, recalls that it's a "hard to find" product and pays that price, thinking that's how the market works. It has biscuit and caramel flavors. This is a heart beer that's not so thick. Also there's food. It's about $11 for the Bavarian Pretzel. Good for sharing, and absorbing alcohol. There's also burgers if wanting to get meaty. For sure it's the place to go in town if wanting locally brewed craft beers. It's closed Sundays and Mondays.
