Small gym but they keep updating equipment and it's always clean. Price isn't too bad either, you can tell they use it to keep the place up.

First off, the gym is open 24/7 and has plenty of parking. The front desk team was immediately welcoming and offered me a tour. While I have been a gym rat for decades, a tour is always important to understand the layout and amenities, so I was happy the team understood the value of doing one. Training Zone has over four sections with cardio, strength, and stretching areas, in addition to a basketball court and three rooms dedicated to strength and cycle classes! They have a rooftop area which is critical for us over-heaters and a fantastic Kids' Zone which is included in the membership. Amenities seem endless, with locker rooms, showers, tanning, and bath rooms with sauna and steam rooms. The gym is fresh and clean, and has just the right amount of beast-mode vibes. Best of all, there is a Women's Zone! What a treat for us women who want to have a bit of a safe zone while lifting, bending, and stretching. Pricing is competitive with a membership costing $60/month. There are more layers here but overall I found the pricing to be fair given all that is included. Highly recommend and can't wait to sign up!

Red flags!! Red flags!! Red flags!! "After a change of management"…read more My health professionals recommended I join a fitness program to overcome my PTSD, so my husband and I /working professionals/ 35+ years of age started this gym about 6 months back. I've noticed, that when others got in late for a session, they didn't join the class and worked out on their own, so the day I got in late I thought I could do the same and hurried in. I was minding my own business until I asked Cam (the trainer) a question.. and - that was it! He told me, you got in 30 min late so I won't help you which was understandable so I walked away to my corner, because I didn't want to disturb the class either. But then I saw him complaining about me to the Gym Owner "Susan" who then came up FURIOUSLY towards me and started YELLING, in the middle of the gym while the class was in progress - 'that I can't be walking in 30 min late and ask Cam (the trainer) questions ever again'.. and so on.. she went on schooling me for next 10 min and questioned me about things like - "where is my husband", why do I owe her any explanations about my personal life again? Did she want a confirmation that I was singled out so she could berate me further? I was put under so much stress and pressure by watching her monitor me so I couldn't put up the equipment right and there she started to insult me again- "You don't even know this much, you have been coming to the gym for so long you should know at least this by now... And so making further such personal attacks" No one treats their clients this way after I had already apologized to her and had requested that I can do it on my own, so please let me be. I'm still taken aback by this experience and this incident has taken a few days to process, for me to put it together, so I can share my experience with you, for you to know actually what happened with me. There is no place where one should be schooled like a child and with no dignity, especially if you are in the health industry. It's so disappointing to see an elderly woman over 60 years of age, shouldn't you be the one encouraging and not putting down a woman client? I'm confused, shouldn't you be the one acting a bit more professional being the owner? Couldn't you have taken me to the lobby to discuss this rather than create a big drama in the middle of a class and insult me? But I also learned by digging in deeper that this is a new management since Covid so the story kind of makes sense! She has created problems for us in the past about other issues as well - like before joining, she said dogs are welcome, but then later I was told by her to get special permissions from the trainer each time I want to bring my dog in the gym, and this is a SERVICE DOG for my PTSD we are talking about. Why are the clients here not treated with basic equality and basic dignity? She never tried to care or ask why I needed a dog to bring with me, but created problems so I had to avoid bringing my dog. The lady has to deal with her power trip issues and get educated about the basic mannerisms of being a gym owner. Hope, someday she'll know better and learn to maintain her cool! NO ONE is supposed to be treated this way, her actions were DEMEANING and VICIOUS towards me. I would encourage everyone who is facing this behavior to please speak up, stand up, and educate, and don't entertain this nonsense. My husband and I are people of color, and are proud to have been graduated from the Ivy League universities of Cornell and Yale respectively, and run several businesses and own properties around the world, and we have worked hard to achieve our dreams, especially in another country. I feel, the lady not acknowledging and being disrespectful towards us just shows her lack of exposure, experience, and immaturity. I'd not recommend this gym to anyone, especially to People Of Color, who are doing well for themselves, by working hard, away from their homes... I know their struggles and endeavors to thrive against all odds, do not allow discrimination, WATCH OUT for these ones!!!

I've made incredible progress thanks to the support of the coaches -- they truly care and are always there to help you improve. I've been going here for almost a year, and I can honestly say it has transformed not only my body, but also my mindset and confidence. Over the past year, I've become stronger, healthier, and more confident. The gym is fully committed to its athletes, and it shows. The community is amazing. I felt welcomed from day one -- everyone is friendly, supportive, and genuinely wants to see each other succeed. The culture is what truly makes this place special. What I can report it is, you get out of these work-outs what you put in. Consistency and embodiment have been the keys to having a successful and enriching experience with zero injuries incurred. At first, it's a little offputting because of where it is located, but don't let that fool you. This place is a gym in the truest definition of the word. It has machines, free weights, squat racks, and everything that you need to get you in shape. What I also like about this place is the fact that it seems like everyone knows each other or everyone sticks to their workouts without bothering anyone. There is enough space and enough room to get your workout in without having to wait for a machine for too long. There is music playing in the background but it does not blast into your ears like many gyms sound systems can do. The staff is helpful and are friendly and explaining and answering questions. Charlie was the person who helped me finish my registration and spent a good amount of time making sure that my barcode worked for my check-in app. I really appreciate that they have spray bottles to clean before and after use of the machines and chairs. This is important to me specifically because I am a caregiver to a cancer patient who is immuno compromised. While I know that it is very important to exercise, I also do not want to bring anything back into my home that I could potentially catch from anywhere which is why cleanliness is important. This gym is clean and I appreciate the effort they put into maintaining its cleanliness. I've only checked in a few times but I know that I can change with the help of this facility. Looking forward to checking in again soon!
