I emailed 6 days ago to check the status again, I was told it was just packaged and awaiting pickup... 3 weeks later. I immediately asked to be updated when it's picked up by UPS, tracking info, etc. Still to this second haven't received a response. I spent $800 on a firearm that I was not only denied access to but then held for 3 weeks with no explanation, communication, apology?? The overall handling of this situation was unprofessional and frustrating. It STILL hasn't been resolved and has been ongoing since June 18th. I cannot be refunded until the seller receives the firearm back. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone.

This is my go to of the ones in Richmond. It's closest to me too. Like most B&Ns, it's located in a strip mall so there is a bunch of free and easy parking out front. This B&N is just one level. And everytime I come to this one, I am always able to find the book I am looking for. I've noticed that B&N has a lot of gifts nowadays. You can find everything from puzzles to legos to notebooks. I know they've always had this, but it feels even bigger (maybe something to do with their Paper Source partnership). So if you're looking for a book and some cute gifts to go with it, this is the perfect place to do that. It's organized pretty well too. I typically don't need to ask for help when searching for a book. I've gotten everything from fiction to cookbooks to travel guides from this location.
