***This review is only regarding their sensory hour session…read more Our friends saw their flyer and sent me a picture of their sensory hour time. OMG....SUCH a huge game changer. The sensory hour is only available on the first Sunday of each month. This is our first-ever experience and it did not disappoint. We didn't do anything ahead of time because I didn't want to risk any confusion and additional paperwork. Very easy to do and sign up - we all decided to do it as a family to jump around. I'm so glad that we got the chance to try this for our boys. Our boys loved it, didn't get too overwhelmed and just had the place to check out at their own pace. My boys loved their arcade (mainly because of the crazy lights and the movements). Overall, it was just an awesome experience for the amount of time that they offered (2 hours). It was amazing and worth it. It's forever marked on our calendar as long as it is offered, we will be coming here every month as soon as we can. Thank You!!!!

I've been coming to this location for 10 months. Over the course of that time I think there is a…read morenew manager who instilled some stricter rules. Wouldn't be against these rules if it actually made sense. 1. They took away the dodgeball area 2. You can no longer sit outside the trampoline area to watch your kid. There are some parts of the trampoline area that now have a blind spot without the ability to move on the blue carpet. 3. When I asked why the change, was told the employee he didn't know. I have photos to show the blind spot . 4. I've been reprimanded for using a water bottle. I'm sorry but I'm not going to apologize for my son needing to drink water, nor am I going to buy a $4 bottle of water from you. 5. Every time my kid is in the toddler area there is an employee almost right behind him to pick up. It's beyond weird. 6. They have limited how many big balls can be out in the soccer area 7. Today I witnessed an employee tell a couple kids they aren't allowed to do backflips on the trampoline area. 8. I also got reprimanded for having my own bottle of water hidden away in my purse. 9. Basketball had been down for awhile too We have an annual membership and I can't imagine wanting to renew. This place is getting way too controlling. This machine did this three times while we were there and another child had the same experience while we were there. When I went to the front desk to inform the associate, she said they couldn't do anything about it. I suggested an out of order sign and this was shrugged off. I was also very disappointed to find out the tickets my son earned from the games he played he was unable to spend. We went to the front to ask to select a prize and were told their scanner for the game cards was broken. My son was extremely upset. To try to make him feel a little better I gave him two quarters so he could get a toy from one of those little gumball machines, and wouldn't you know it, that thing took his money too and no bouncy ball came out. Luckily, my child bounces back pretty easily and still managed to have a good time on the trampolines and obstacle course apparatus. I do think management should look into how they can offer refunds or give credits back when games don't work. The prizes earned need to be available the same day. It is ridiculous that I was told I could come back tomorrow when their scanner supposedly would be working. Not doing that. Here's hoping next visit will be better.

It's for ages 0-5 which is perfect and you make your reservation online. $20 for 2 hours of play and $10 for the second kid. Grippy socks are needed. Everything is safe and clean which I loved. It was quite with a great Disney playlist playing in the background. The bathrooms were squeaky clean and there were white crocs by the bathrooms so you didn't go in with just socks on. You can bring snacks and drinks for your little one and sit in the front waiting area with it. For parents with big kids that don't need as much assistance the sitting area upfront is so nice. There were also couches in the back infront of the ballpit that has phone chargers ready for you. The staff was super nice and clean up in between each session. Will def be returning this summer.
