What they do have are a few obstacle courses, trampolines, a small dodge ball area where staff don't enforce rules, and few arcade games that rip people off. The foam square pits are shallow, and the foam pieces are falling apart. The entire space is run down. It also gets crowded so expect chaos. 2) Service: The staff at the front are friendly. 3) Price: Everyone pays over $20 for 90 minutes. Special socks are required so bring yours if you have them from a previous visit. If not, it's another charge.

I had some serious sticker shock when I saw how much the 60 minute minimum jump time cost, especially for what you actually get once you're inside. We decided to go on a weekday specifically to avoid the crowds, so there weren't a ton of kids there, but even with fewer kids around it was still chaotic. Call me a helicopter mom, but I like to keep an eye on my kids while they play, and there were children everywhere, running, playing tag, and even bouncing into much younger kids, while the employees seemed to be on their phones or just not paying attention at all. My younger one lasted only a couple of minutes before getting overwhelmed, so we moved over to the toddler area, which honestly could use a complete renovation. It's dirty, the ball pit barely has any balls left in it, a lot of the equipment looks broken or worn down and the place overall just smells like feet. On top of all that, my son ended up with a broken thumb because a basketball had somehow gotten mixed into the dodgeball area. I understand that these kinds of places come with some level of risk, but between the lack of supervision, the poor upkeep, and the injury, I'm honestly not convinced the price is worth it.

Kept getting the runaround. I called the park today and spoke to an associate named River. She was professional, pleasant, and patient. River helped me get to the bottom of the situation quickly. Thanks to her, we were able to cancel our membership. Had she been working there 3 years ago, we could've saved over $600! SkyZone gets ZERO stars! River gets FIVE!!!
