I'm human and understand everyone makes mistakes- however, every draft to be filed had not one but several mistakes, including most importantly the first one being the name of the children were not my children at all, also I was clear I was filing a SAPCR for custody, they drafted a divorce decree. Very negligent red flags I figured were only human, however every draft from there on had multiple discrepancies. During my temporary orders hearing, while I had a very strong case against an absent parent- Mary took it upon herself to mis inform the judge and say the respondent lied on federal reports- which I told her was not false information- she completely killed my case and threw all my strengths out the window. Following that, I received no apologies or communication, just requests for more money to move forward. This lawyer doesn't have children and may advocate family law is her strength but it's very apparent that she's only in this field for the $- you'll just be another check for her.

During the Rule 11 discussion, he stated that I could argue the points in question amidst the Temp Orders and/or Mediation proceedings. After hiring another attorney to represent me and confirmed by the Judge during the Temp Orders proceedings, I discovered the issues in question should have been addressed within the Rule 11 and I was forced to concede to the additional 30K settlement, being that I had signed the Rule 11 document.
