To put things simple, a dealership lie left a wheelchair- bound child riding in the back of a car that could catch fire or explode. Furthermore, they instructed me to sue the previous owner of my car (who is a longtime customer of Warner) because the dealership rather see him get sued than provide me warranty coverage. A dealer error, which they tried to lie about now has me thinking about selling my car which I have only had for 3 weeks. Let alone paying the $700 I was quoted to disassemble the vehicle that they provided faulty service and parts on. Neither the service manager or the dealership owner know how to return phone calls, emails, or written letters asking for help in resolving this problem. I've had to exhaust time and money contacting the Better Business Bureau, the NFADA, media outlets, and attorneys to have this simple problem fixed. As a first time owner of an American car, a General Motors Product and a Buick Vehicle, this dealership has made it the last time I will buy any of these ever again. read more

I got on car gurus on a Monday and came across a car that I fell in love with at Warner Buick and GMC. I expressed interest on it and my wife and I filled out a pre approval loan on their website. Since we live over 150 miles away our salesman Tony McNamara called us and had us scan and email him the documents he needed to approve us for a car loan. We showed up Thursday and had very little paperwork to do because of all the work Tony had done prior to us arriving. I took the car for a test drive and 1 hour later we drove off of the lot with it. Tony went above and beyond helping us. We had our 2 toddlers with us (2 toddlers at a car lot what could go wrong) and he was really great with them and trying to keep them happy and entertained. He even telling us about the local eateries because he knew they were getting hungry. If you are ever in the Findlay Ohio area (or even if you arent, like us) and you need a vehicle I suggest giving Tony a call. He will set you up. read more

I went in to trade in my car and check out a used vehicle that the internet advertised on the lot. When I got there, the sales associate was pretty nice up until he realized I was a low income college student looking to finance. His entire demeanor changed and he proceeded to make me feel small. The car I was interested in wasn't even on the lot even though it was advertised online. He didn't show me any other cars on the the lot which resulted in me driving a half hour to Findlay to get absolutely nothing accomplished. Every sales associate present was pretentious and the man that was helping me honestly had no business working in a customer service related job. I won't be going back and I wouldn't recommend coming here if you're low income and plan on financing. read more

Took my chevy cruise back for a recall. They fixed recall problem I assume but told me my thermostat needed replaced. I had no problems with my car at the time but they told me it would still be covered under my warranty. I reluctantly agreed to have the work done. A couple weeks later, I noticed a small antifreeze leak. I kept up on making sure my antifreeze was full and the drip was small. No way was I going to take it back to the dealer. After all the car had no problems until they serviced it. I recently took my car to a garage for service. The mechanic found that the dealership mechanic had broken a tube that runs from the reservoir and glued it back on. Women beware of these scammers! Never again. read more
