Patients should not have to come in three separate times just for allergy testing. A more efficient process would be to have the initial consultation with the doctor and complete the skin testing during the same visit, followed by one appointment to review the results. Requiring three visits seems unnecessary and creates extra inconvenience for patients. The front office also appears to be understaffed. During my visit, one receptionist was working incredibly hard, juggling appointment scheduling, checking patients in, and answering questions, while it seemed like there simply wasn't enough support. This isn't a reflection on the staff--they were doing their best--but rather on the office's management and staffing. This practice has great physicians and quality equipment, but the overall patient experience would improve dramatically with stronger office management and additional front desk staff. Better organization and more efficient scheduling would benefit both the employees and the patients.

I have been to Dr Liao twice now for allergy testing…read more I have to say for Round 1 I was petrified. I have t had allergy testing in over 30 years. I wish I could remember the gals name who did all of my testing... she was amazing. My first visit she asked what I was afraid of. My over thinking brain was honest and I let her know I was afraid of having a horrific reaction causing anaphylactic shock. She reassured me they have epi-pens everywhere and I was in a safe environment. Round 1 of allergy testing was foods. Sadly I am allergic to just about everything I like to eat, which explains a lot of why I always have horrible stomach aches. One of my higher allergies is wheat, which sucks. Just about everything worth eating is made with wheat. That has been a major struggle and challenge trying to change. Round 2 of allergy testing was outside elements. My back LIT UP on those. When the nurse came back to check on me 5 minutes into the 20 minute waiting period she covered quite a few of the reactions already at the highest level of a reaction with anti itch cream. (The white circles in my photos). Dr Liao came in to talk to me after both testings, and explained things to me. He let me know I am a good candidate to move forward with allergy shots, but I am a little nervous to do so. I have a month to decide before I go back to him for a follow up. He suggested I take an allergy pill daily, and a nasal spray twice a day. I have previously tried Claritin and Claritin D with no relief, and have been taking Allegra for a bit now, with not much relief either. I haven't had any trouble with billing issues as mentioned in other reviews, I've paid my copay and that's it on both visits. If there are any issues, I'm guessing they will be with my insurance as they have a problem with everything. Great office staff and a comfortable environment with patient people. Happy to have found them, and hoping to start feeling better soon with a treatment plan and changing the way I eat - even though I don't want to. Haha.

Absolutely terrible. I went in for food. Allergies, because it's in 90% of food and hard to tell…read morewhich foods cause it's in the soil. And he just keeps repeating, like, I'm a freaking kindergartner, over and over that the only thing that he recommends is to avoid the food. He has no other options about healing yourself about an ahistamines about anything. Not even trying to think of anything else. And I said, okay, so that's all you do. And he said, yep, and I said, okay Bye, and he's like, well, i'm here to answer questions. I'm asking you questions. There's nothing you have so bye. He said okay ty. Pain looks like he's been having allergies himself that he can't even fix. His under eyes are drooping so bad. Dark circles like wow
