Yes, service is requested to replace the rivets with black rivets that all match and are flush with the wheel trim. Tires Plus apparently slapped on whatever they could find at the time. Rivets within wheel well skirt were simply left off and not reinstalled. The wheel well skirt is loose and flopping around. Nearly $1,400 in shock replacement work done and this is the best they could do? Not acceptable. We called after noticing the white rivets. The person at the front desk denied any knowledge of anything. Lastly, after replacing all four shocks and all four tires with brand new tires, we were told by the manager Damian that the "Jeep Death Wobble" would stop. A month later It did not stop and was just as bad as before all of the above was replaced. We found a reputable and knowledgeable mechanic who replaced the tie rods. That has fixed the Jeep "Death Wobble." Tires Plus should have recommended that we go to a mechanic that could have checked the tie rods first before Tires Plus charged $1,400 to replace the shocks. Replacing the shocks AND the tires DID NOT solve the problem. The root cause of the problem was the tie rods. We wonder now if Tires Plus did a shotty job installing all four shocks? read more

Brought my car in because it wasn't starting. They ran a diagnostic and gave us a quote which we happily accepted. After paying we were told our cars year and model has a recall, which would've been nice to know before we paid for the work. Car didn't start the next morning, so we called the dealership and found out there is in fact a recall, and made an appointment. Called tires plus back, talked to Ron and explained my frustrations and he hung up on me after trying to explain the situation. If you're in need of car repair, please, do not go here. read more

I had 4 ATX tires put on my truck earlier this year. Really liked the tires I selected. Work great on different terrain, the road noise was acceptable, and the ride on the highway was what one would expect. I got a puncture earlier in the summer. Not a big deal. drop the spare down, swap out the tire, and head on over to get the hole plugged. They put the repaired tire back on. About 6 weeks later down the road, the TPMS rears its head. I look around and could not discern what tire has the issue. So I will just watch my tires every time I jump in the truck. About another 6 weeks, i come to find the same tire is pretty flat. Again, drop the spare swap out the tire, and drop it off. I am now starting to get frustrated, but it is fixed again. So now come to Mid-October the TPMS light is on. The complicating matter is - I also asked to have the tires rotated the last time I was in to fix the leaking tire, which complicates things for me. My truck is 4WD on demand, so I don't know how they rotated the tires. Front to back? Front Right to real left etc? So NOW, I am back to where I was before. I dropped $1,300.00 on tires, and this store still didn't resolve the leaking tire. read more

This place came highly recommended by a neighbor. The main point of the recommendation: honesty. My neighbor wasn't wrong. When we had a nail in a tire, I dreaded going to a shop to have a repair done. The tires have about 20,000 miles on them, so I just knew it was going to be a high-pressure sales situation no matter where I went. Not Maple Grove Tire. They saw me immediately and no one, not the super-friendly receptionist, not the tech, not a manager, no one tried to even suggest I should consider a new tire. They simply repaired the nail damage and sent me on my way. I've never had that happen at a tire shop before. In and out in under a half hour and for less than I could have ever expected. Went in today to get a diagnostics and an oil change on my car none of my fluids got topped off, charged me $120 to tighten the serpentine belt but the worst thing is this is their second time I gave them my business I thought maybe the first time it was a young guy this time I really found out they're all dumb how do you not top off anybody's fluids with an oil change I'm paying for it maybe it was a race thing who knows I am in Maple Grove and I am Hispanic I could almost believe it was a race thing racist bastards take your business elsewhere read more

One sub zero evening, I drove by on a whim to see if I could use an air compressor to fill up my tires. The gas station across the street didn't have a working one. Not only did Ryan come out and fill my tires for me -- he did it quickly, with no fuss, and for free. I began bringing my car there for oil changes and other regular maintenance. When my car reached the 60k maintenance mark, it needed lots of things done; I priced this through the dealer (Subaru) and through Maple Grove Tire & Service -- going through Maple Grove Tire & Service saved me about $400. They were thorough, prompt, and just absolutely amazing. They're really honest and straightforward, telling me when certain work actually does NOT need to be done. I have taken my cars here for service as needed for the past 9 years and have been extremely impressed with the service, price, and honesty. Over the years they have helped me fix a variety of issues, first with an old Chevy Blazer, and more recently with a newer Subaru. The desk staff is very knowledgeable, and would often recommend that I don't get anything fixed if a particular problem could wait 6 months without creating a bigger issue. In the many times I took my car in they almost always fixed the issue right away. There was only an issue one time where a check engine light came on again right after I got my car back, but they resolved the issue quickly by fitting me in again the next day to fix it. I no longer live near this location so I need to find another repair shop I can trust as much as Maple Grove Goodyear, but I would highly recommend them to anyone. read more

We have used Maple Grove Tire & Service, a Goodyear tire store for over 25 years for all of our tire and car service. They are a repair shop I have found to be very honest, even charging me over $100.00 less than I had approved because it didn't take as long to repair as the book says, I had signed off on the higher amount, who does that!!! After hitting some sharp object on highway and completely blowing out my left rear tire I limped my way back to Service Center I had seen earlier to see if they could assist in my critical tire condition. I was greatly distressed upon entering shop.These gentleman calmed me,as did one of their female clients. They assessed the situation, assured me once they located the correct tire for my Lincoln, I would be on my way shortly. Was seated with water to drink and something to read to await the tire replacement on my car. My car rode like a charm all the way home, husband was very pleased as they did an excellent job including the sale price we received. Wonderful kind professionals plus quality workmanship!
