Stay away from Warner Stellian. They take your money and then you're on your own. Purchased a Speed Queen Washer from them one year ago. Now it's broken. Still under warranty, but they won't come and repair it. After many calls all we get is the run around. Our claim is " being reviewed" by the repair dept. Don't REVIEW IT- come and fix the damn machine. So while we wait and wait we have to pay to go to a laundry mat. So done with them and their terrible customer service. When you spend over a $1000 on a washer it should work more than 12 months, and if it breaks should be repaired quickly. read more

We have purchased a total of 3 appliances here, and our experience throughout was great! Six months ago we bought a washer and dryer, with all paperwork handled by Branden, who told us only what we needed and wanted to know. He was not pushy, but very knowledgeable. The installers arrived on time and were somehow able to install both washer and dryer into our tiny "closet" utility room, which previously had a stacker type of washer/dryer from 1985. We have had no trouble at all with either unit - both installed perfectly and running beautifully (every day since purchase!). The installers were professional and personable, and we could tell this work was something they had a lot of experience with. This past week we were helped on the showroom floor by Deb, who advised us on our options replacing our microwave, gave us the pluses and minuses of various models, and we picked the perfect one for us. Again, the installers (different pair of guys) were on time, professional, friendly, and only took a few minutes to install - amazing! Both pairs of installers called beforehand to give us the heads-up, which we really appreciate. We will return for a new fridge and range soon! read more

I like the business itself and I very much like the refrigerator I purchased. Only issue I had was the salesman Justin or something like that. Once I purchased the refrigerator he treated me like I didn't exist. He couldn't answer any questions I had, if I called to ask him something he wouldn't answer the phone it always was take a message. He would never call me back. I will probably not do business if I had to even see him in the store. If he works like that I wonder do they all get trained that way. I'm so glad service in the company is not that way. read more

The initial buying process went well for all new appliances for our new home, but our microwave broke in less than a year of use and the service from Warner's Stellian has been abysmal. We called the support team and could never connect with them about what they needed to initiate repairs (since they're only available during business hours when we also are working...) so we finally took our microwave to a store and they shipped it to service. It has now been with service for 3 weeks and no resolution. We have called them everyday for the last week and still have no answers other than that our microwave doesn't work. Obviously. The sales team and service team clearly doesn't communicate, forcing me to be their middle man to figure out how I get a new one. Every day a new person PROMISES they'll take care of it, but we have yet to actually get a call from them with next steps. It is a $200 microwave, I don't understand how it could be so complicated. read more

First time leaving a 1 star review for an area business. We built a new home, and went through Warner for all of our appliances. The initial sales process was great, and we had a wonderful experience working with the sales agent in store. Our appliances were delivered to our home in August, but they were all incorrect. We worked with Warner for a solution, and they were able to get the correct appliances (minus the dishwasher that was on back order) installed and the incorrect ones removed about a month later. Not a big deal, we can live with that as mistakes happen. The new dishwasher took several months to get in stock, again not a big deal, and they swapped out the incorrect one. The new dishwasher leaked everywhere and was deemed a lemon, so the old one was again installed. The new ETA for the dishwasher was 6 additional months and again Warner worked with us to find a resolution instead of waiting which was great. A new dishwasher was installed 1 month later, but was delivered damaged with a few noticeable dents on the front door. The installer acknowledge this and said it wouldn't be a problem to get that fixed, and he'd relay to management. We had called about a week later to ensure things were documented, and we were told everything was being taken care of and a new door panel was ordered. We wait a few more weeks and call back again, and were told that because it was now past the 6 day window and no door panel was actually ordered, they could no longer replace it. Countless calls, and several months later, we get an email noting that Appliance Village would be replacing the door panel for us. We call them, and they don't work on Asko dishwashers and have no idea why Warner was involving them. Several more calls later, still no clarity or plan to replace the panel. Just a monster headache from start to finish with these guys. You'll never get a call back, and constantly have to chase them for an answer on any update if something goes wrong. read more

Poor install of our refrigerator. They kinked the water line and it flooded part of our basement. Their insurance rep came out to view the damage but they denied our claim...they said we signed off on the install and there's a clause that stated they aren't responsible for damages incurred by their installing the refrigerator. Whatever they try to sell you...don't buy anything from them...they are dishonest and do not have professional service people to install appliances correctly and the homeowners are stuck with repairing a very expensive fix with no compensation from Warner! You should be ashamed of your lack of interest and low level of customer care. read more

Terrible support, we ordered built in Jenn air microwave after our contractor spoke to the sales man. The custom cabinet was built and the $1,900 microwave was installed. It worked a few timed intermittently. We spoke to the store and they directed us to the repair center, all under the 30 day you bought it you own it clause. The service center adviser told us to pull it out of the wall and try it. We brought our contractor back at our expense to pull.otvout of the cabinet. Still works intermittent. Julian in the repair department told her operator she was to busy to talk to us. read more

My experience 2/25/23: So on 2/23 my fridge wasn't cooling below 48 degrees. I called around and found that the Rochester Werner Stellian carried the model I was looking at to fit the limited space I have. Taylor, the sales person I spoke to told me that with the $49.99 installation fee, they would install an 8 ft braided supply line. Great I thought, I just spent $11,000 repairing a water leak in my basement, (finishing up on Valentines Day,) so I do NOT want any possibilities of leaks from my fridge. When the delivery person came today 2/25, he cut the solid one piece pex line at the cupboard and started hooking up a 4 ft line. I asked him where is the 8 ft line I was promised? He said they don't carry that in the truck, I said, well this won't work for me having a possible leaking joint behind the fridge where I wouldn't see it until it already created damage. He said there was nothing he could do about it. I was sick with worry and frustration. The delivery guy continued hooking up the fridge while I called the store and spoke to Taylor, she didn't know how to help, so transferred me to Paul, the delivery manager. He said they would have their special contractor come and install a longer braided line and it would not cost me anything. Paul said either he, or the contractor would call to set up a time. Great I thought, now I don't have to worry. The installer finished hooking up the fridge and let me know that the special contractor should come out and switch out the lines soon. I proceeded to load my fridge back up with all my cold and frozen foods. Great, all done I thought. Nope. I get a call from Paul 40 min later, saying they won't cover the cost of putting in a new line. I said I was not okay with having a possible point of leaking hidden behind my fridge, the one piece pex line would have been preferable. I told him, "You promised that I wouldn't have to pay anything extra." He said he spoke with the store manager Javin, and he refused to pay the contractor's $250 charge. He said that Javin said that they can just come pick up the fridge. So I paid $3456 (with a 5 year extended warranty) and they can't follow through for the braided line they promised? I called Tim at the Edina office, he said he will credit the $49.99 charge and we can install our own supply line. I still can't believe the Rochester office wasn't willing to pay 6.5% of the price I paid, to cover what was promised me. Javin obviously doesn't understand customer service. Cannot recommend. Purchased washer and dryer last month. Our experience on the show floor was good. Delivery, however, was inept and filthy. Deliverers called to say they were running ahead of schedule by almost two hours, so I came home early to accommodate. They ended up showing up about 90 minutes later, closer to the original time. Wet, cold, sloppy winter weather and they had NO shoe covers, NO moving blankets or floor protectors, reeked of (? pipe) smoke, and one man promptly needed to use my bathroom, which I hastily cleaned and offered. Once old appliances were out, I was told that _I_ could come and clean up the room covered in slush, dirt, pools of water, and the outflow drain sludge that they sprayed up my painted walls when disconnecting. They then went to wait in the truck while I cleaned! I expressed my dismay with them, and he seemed surprised and apologetic, but also clueless that I would expect them to protect the floor or clean up after themselves. To top it off, after they left I found urine splattered all over my toilet seat and floor (sorry, but true part of the bad review as I then had to clean that up too). I came in person to speak with the manager the next day. I got a meek apology and admission that there were other complaints about that delivery duo as well, as if they were aware but hadn't done anything to address it. With this kind of experience, I would expect an attempt at service recovery, but there is still none a month later. No compensation for time or inconvenience, or even letter of follow up. read more

There wasn't a large sale from Warners' at the time of our purchase other than some discounts from the manufacturer (which I am guessing would have been offered at any reseller) but we wanted to go to someplace we felt was going to offer more customer service than any other place like a Lowes, Best Buy, etc.. It hasn't been the case and we are constantly being told what each area does and cannot do, but no sign of a customer service manager to help us out. Avoid Andy as a sales rep if possible as he doesn't respond to issues after sales. He will just redirect calls to service. Still dealing with a issues with a microwave we purchased in August with several major appliances. The microwave acted strange immediately after they installed it (freezing, lights would turn on randomly, or just stop). Sales team does not wish to reach out to see if they is any service recovery possible - If I leave a message, I just get a call from Service telling us about what they can and cannot do (this is with the purchase of their Ironclad service plan). We decided that even though it was an defective appliance they installed, that we weren't going to get any assistance short of their service department coming to repair the system when they were available. A service man arrived, was polite and diagnosed that it would likely need to replace the door and would order parts - he left. We did not hear anything so we called a 4 or 5 days later to find out the door was further than a month out to order. The microwave is limping along so we just decided to wait as we have no other option. It has now been longer than a month and no response. Called status and they still have no ETA and said they have no control of parts but they would let us know when they do. I let them know of our frustration, but the response was that we need to be patient with this type of service work (THIS WAS A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT THEY INSTALLED - NOT SOMETHING THAT BROKE AFTERWARDS FROM USE!) read more

We purchased a refrigerator that was a scratch and dent with a small dent in the front. The fridge was actually in Shakopee so we didn't have eyes on it prior to delivery. I do have to admit when it arrived the scratch and dent is much more extensive than originally described. The handles are scratched in multiple places and there are several small dents along both sides of the refrigerator, most of which are against the cabinet side and won't show. I am waiting on new handles to arrive, but so far it has been handled quickly and efficiently. I can't say enough good about the delivery team that arrived and helped today. I would give them 5 stars! They went above and beyond as our house has funny doorways and corners, and it wasn't easy to maneuver. They installed it without scratching or denting any trim, floors, the appliance. Armando and Taylor were awesome. I couldn't be happier with this delivery team! Thank you! read more

I am regretting getting a full set of appliances here...nothing but problems from the beginning. Wrong address on my financing information. Had to have two separate delivers on a Saturday. Fridge plugged in and on for 16 hours never got cold had to then make an appointment to have someone look at it when I demanded a new one from the beginning. Luckily they were able to come with a new one the next day, only to have the ice maker not work in that one. So, still dealing with this issues 2.5 weeks later. Customer service is hard to deal with. Won't work with you when I have been brought a broken fridge twice. They need better hours for service calls when you have a full time job. Seriously considering having them take everything back!!!! Beyond frustrating...I would not recommend going through this company. read more

I bought a laundry center that has had multiple problems. The lady who called me was obviously unhappy to be speaking to me and tried to tell me the appliance wasn't covered. Horrible experience. Some of our appliances were not installed properly and the person who was supposed to put a water line for ice in our refrigerator never showed. Our address was not put in correctly in our loan application so we had to directly talk to synchrony bank in order to figure out why we had not received a bill for two months. And what they described as a loan was actually an application for a credit card which we were never informed about. Awful experience. read more

My husband and I purchased all new appliances from Warner stellian before moving into our newly constructed townhome in January of 2018. The refrigerator and microwave were delivered damaged. The clothes dryer was hooked up incorrectly. In February the dishwasher developed a leak, damaging the hardwood floor in the dining area as well as the family room ceiling below. After repairs were made, we submitted the bill to Warner stellian. They told us they do not deal with damage claims, we need to contact the maker, Frigidair. When we contacted Frigidair, they said they could do nothing unless we had the defective part..which was taken with the defective dishwasher in March!..neither Warner stellian or Frigidair will stand behind their product. I had just had my hardwood floors refinished in part of the house. The other part had new hardwood floors. I told the delivery guy this. Yes, it is MN, but they should be prepared. The guys brought in my washer and dryer without removing their snowy boots and tracked snow through my house. I used the better part of a roll of paper towels trying to mop up after them while they were there. I had set down painter's cloth on part of the floor but, of course, not exactly where the machines were going. After they left, I noticed a spot I had missed and the (brand new) finish was gone. Later I noticed more spots behind the machines. I tried to reach those with a damp mop, but can't reach them. I contacted my salesperson via e-mail and he said he would let the proper people know. Two weeks later, still nothing. Granted, most of the spots are under/behind the machines, but if I sell the house and the buyers want to turn the laundry room back into a bedroom, it will be for nothing. The delivery guys made no effort to remove their shoes or put covers on them. Two days later (same weather conditions), I had some heavy furniture delivered and those guys managed to remove their shoes while carrying the furniture between them. Because it has been this long and I have not heard back, it looks like court is my only option. read more

I bought a Samsung range from Rochester Warner Stellian 2 years ago. The oven stopped working this week. Matt (salesperson) and Javan (store manager) have been awesome to work with. We will have a new range in our home 4 days after the other one broke down. They gave us more than fair financial compensation for the problem plus wonderful customer care. I just purchased all of my kitchen appliances from Michelle at Warner's and I had a great experience, she walked me through all of the different options for the set I was looking to purchase. She found 4 different rebates for me and kept looking so I would get the best price, she saved me a lot of money! I compared prices at 4 different stores and Warner's had the best price and I thought their customer service was great! I haven't had my delivery yet but I'm sure I won't be disappointed. read more

18 months to two years ago we spent $5000. for all new kitchen equipment, stove, dishwasher, fridge microwave. All stainless steel, beautiful pieces. bought the washer and dryer too about 5 years ago. The dryer stopped tumbling and they wanted $100. deposit to send someone to the house. A piece had to be ordered. The workman was fine polite all that. Told me it would be ordered and they would call. A week later I called, the piece won't be in town for another 12 days. I mentioned to the person I was to get a call and yet I had to call. So 3 weeks from the the first call the workman will be here to fix it. Is this a way to piss off the customer so they buy a new one? Well here is the thing they have pissed me off enough I won't buy anything again from them and I will tell my friends too. Just say'in. Rochester Warner's Stellian delivered a $3k range to my house broken. When I requested a new working range they refused. They insisted a part repair. After speaking with the store manager she told me she was saving me money by hooking up the gas for free. Except, my range doesn't work. It was a full time job, lasting 7 days, to get my range working. Not a new range, no option to return, even though it's never been used and was delivered broken. Setting up service was even worse. Three days of calls, two days off of work waiting for a repairman to show up, only to have him show up after hours. The local store Manager has zero customer service skills, the corporate office just gives you the run around. I think you should purchase your appliances far away from Warners'. They do not stand by there product and do not provide any quality customer service. Lowes and Home Depot are better, and that is sad. read more
