Hired Kelli for the 4th time 4th year in a row for move-out cleaning at rental property. An initial…read moreunderstanding of pricing between $650 - $800 has always been agreed upon based on prior cleanings of the same 1200sf 3 bed 2 bath property. The tenants hired a cleaning company prior to move out to just do a standard cleaning (they did not need too) so the home was left in good condition but we still went ahead and hired Kelli again for a deep move out clean. After completion, with no prior discussion she told me that the total was double what it has been normally ($1650). No before photos, no phone call, no text informing us of the massive increase. After she gave us the final amount myself and my property management team were worried that someone had broken in to the home and trashed the place between the tenants moving out but it has been confirmed that no one did. A final payment of $1,000 was made to resolve the matter. This is the most we have ever sent her. She then threatened to sue us. If the price is going to jump that high an agreement must be made prior to work completed.
