Oscar and Angelica explained the work to be done helped me chose colors to match the house and trim and gave me a written estimate at that same time. I felt that they were honest and very competent. Their price was fair. I had two other estimates done as well. Since I felt so comfortable with them I called them back to take a look at my roof. I had a leak during the heavy rain. They came and Oscar climbed on the roof and spent a lot of time looking over and under the clay tile. As he told Angelica what he thought and found she explained it to me. I got 4 other estimates for the roof and their price was in the middle. But because I felt Oscar was knowledgeable, really looked to find the problem. I decided to go with them for the gutters and roof project. They scheduled for a week later showed up on time worked hard, took pictures of what they found under the tile and roofing paper and took after pictures and gave them all to me. The cleaned up after each day of work (2 days one for roof and one for gutters) and I'm so very happy I chose them to do both jobs. It was a smooth stress free process.

Also a lot of trash and gutter trimmings were left behind. Some are still even on my roof. Other metal scraps were covered up with the mulch in my yard and on a few occasions I almost cut my hand gardening. They also ended up doing my neighbors house and needed access to my backyard. They left muddy footprints on my side of the fence and didn't clean up afterwards.
