Lt Dan turned from a kind person when he first arrived into an angry mysoginsit in under 2 hours. He doesn't even have loyalty for his fellow soldier. Why? Because I am a woman? He is responding to his reviews by saying I hope noone believes this review but unfortunately ot is true. Own up to your short comings soldier. No excuses. Oh yes, also, his price increased 150 from what I was quoted. He blamed his receptionist calling her ignorant.

It took multiple visits to the shop and listened to countless lies about parts, this and that AND they did not fix anything of what they said the problem was in the first place. Oh, and guess what.... my warranty actually expired on May 7, 2023, so I could not take it anywhere else if I wanted to. The mower is exactly the same as when I took it to them with the exception on a new tube in the dry rotted tire, which was one of my 3 issues. They did not replace parts that they said I absolutely had to have installed otherwise Cub Cadet would give them grief.....LIE after lie. Check their BBB reviews and you will see another review just like this. I emphatically DO NOT recommend this shop for any repairs.

( I'll skip the details) around 5:00 being that the furnace is only 6 months old ! I call the Zenner because they installed it and the technician ( very friendly, compassionate and competent ) came around 9:30 pm found that our old humidifier was shorted causing the problem !
