The biggest error was their failure to file Form 568 for my LLC for TY 23 and 24, costing us over $600 in fines and interest from the state, even though that form was in TY 2022. Terri takes on too many clients and I have found is not responsive to phone calls (left on the company message system, emails and trying to contact her through other staff members. Once tax season is over, forget trying to get a response. I am having to file a small claims court suit over recovering the fees our business has incurred due to their failure to file a form. Should I have known about the form that needs to filed? Probably but isn't that why I hire "professionals"?

After I later received an IRS notice regarding my tax payment, I reached out for assistance and received no response, leaving me to resolve the issue on my own. While the firm ultimately reimbursed the penalties and interest, they refused to acknowledge the broader service issues or take responsibility for the overall client experience.
