They brought it in and stuck it in the hole on the counter and that was it. I get that they don't connect gas but they wouldn't even put the parts on the bottom that come with it for the gas to be connected to it. Now, I'm paying a handyman to do that for me. What a joke. Required two minutes of his time, $105 service charge for showing up. He said they would be in contact with an estimate. Received estimate, $1091.00 for install and $35 for shipping the part. I called and wanted a break down, how much for part and how much for install. They said they only quote the job and don't break it down. I swore at them. Took the mini split apart, got the blower out, bought one for $109 on Amazon and installed it myself. All good. So unethical business practices to say the least. Don't go near them and tell your friends unless you want to get price gouged. So alas they only deserve negative stars but am required to give them one. Ugh!

I waited a couple hours and got no response from them so I called J&J. They called me back within five minutes and was at my house within two hours. Fixed the problem immediately and got me back up and running. The company that starts with an S called me back 72 hours later on Tuesday morning. I will call J&J from now on. Great first impression. Installation of HVAC system provided for our condo unit. We recently had moved in and signed up for…read morethe maintenance service. A recent maintenance service detected a leak in the current system. Considering the age of unit, decided to have a new Trane system installed. Due to some medical issues we had, Joe and his crew worked with us to schedule a time that worked for all of us. Turner, Jake, & Terry arrived as scheduled at 8AM. We had to leave for doctor appointments and left a family member home to be present in case of issues. The crew did a very thorough job installing the air handler and roof unit. They finished earlier than expected, and clean-up was awesome - when we got back, never even knew they had been there. During the installation, a family member fainted and crashed to the floor. Turner came running to her aid - that was very much appreciated! When we returned again from our appointment, we saw the thermostat was a different size and left a big area from the old one uncovered. Turner came back later with a new cover and installed it. The next day, I went to the office to pay our bill and met with Joe. Told him about the opening and he offered to find a way that would reduce the amount of work I had to do. Within 30 minutes, he was at our unit and used an older cover model to expertly reduce the exposed area. Everyone went above and beyond a normal cause of expectations. The clerical staff, Missy, was most helpful at well. I would most heartily recommend LHT as a provider; the value is terrific. Thanks to all!
