They left my truck extremely dirty, parts were not put back properly things were left exposed underneath my dashboard, grease all in my truck on the seats, floor mat on my door panel was full of grease my antenna is coming off on the outside the liner is coming off underneath the front windshield!! ... Awesome!…read more Note: I have a sticker on my air filter housing saying, "Do Not Remove" and they removed it anyway to show me the difference between my filter and new filter. After dodging the water offer, upsell offers for wipers, air filter, cabin air filter, and the best and highest oil. I opted for the cheapest, which is now around $88 for my 2014 Toyota Avalon and full synthetic. I was given 25% off for being a veteran, so I did the math in my head, which was about $72 including 10% tax. Nope, the invoice was $92.66. The guys never mentioned the total price until they ask for your card to pay. I asked why the price was so high? The price was for 5 quarts of oil and my car took 6.5 quarts, so I was charged a whopping $19.49 for a quart and a half of oil extra. I proceeded to Sam's Club and bought 6 quarts for $31. I'm ordering my filters off Amazon, and I'll start changing my own oil and filter from now on. I thought they normally check and top off fluids, air pressure and lights, but none of that happened yesterday 5/15/26, Friday.

They say i need new break pads and new calipers. I pay for the service and ask if the steering wheel shaking will stop. I am told that is a separate issue. I leave and the brakes no longer sound like an airplane landing. After a year of the steering wheel being annoying i do some googling, find out it's my rotors. I try a new break place and get my front brake rotors replaced. The steering wheel problem is fixed. Cost less than half of what the calipers did. I'm upset but i check my receipt and calipers were on the rear wheels so i think oh it was unrelated and maybe they just weren't paying attention when i was describing my issues. The reason for this poor review. My rear brakes start squeaking this week and i go in to the same jiffy lube location that replaced my rear breaks less than 2 years and less than 6k miles ago asking if they can check if my break pads are under warranty. The guy at the desk starts saying that they aren't because they don't know how people drive. He refused to check them or the calipers for damage. He then says that if the calipers were damaged it would make a burning smell. So either he is lying to me or the person who told me I needed them replaced lied to me. So either way this company lied to me and i find that unacceptable. I will never be visiting another branch of this business ever again.
