We had little to no hope since it was late Saturday night and needed service on Sunday. These guys not only responded right away (at 9pm Sat, wow!), they offered the lowest rates - they really wanted to help. They showed up as scheduled the next day and started moving right away. The 2 movers were extremely efficient AND careful. We really appreciate that they didn't complain about anything and also figured out a way to navigate thru narrow passages with heavy items - without making a dent or scratch. The only thing we regret was not contacting them sooner and choosing them as our original movers. We can't say enough nice things and HIGHLY recommend Orlando Express Movers. There prices have gone way up since the last time I used them. They have a two hour minimum, $400 for two movers. When they looked at the load to move and the fragile items, he stated that wrapping and unwrapping does take time, and the time estimate was accurate. When you are paying a high dollar rate per extra hour, it helps to have an estimate of your final bill. All the furniture was moved without any issue or damage, delivered, unwrapped, and put in place as requested. Best part, they smile the whole time =) Check out the pics of wrapped furniture!!

I found them to be much more economical than their competitors for a local move. The initial contact was easily made via their website and they contacted me within 24 hours to schedule the date and place a deposit via Zelle. The actual move was excellent as well. Although my move was fairly simple with several pieces of furniture and boxed items, they still wrapped most items to protect them. They were efficient and completed the move in a timely manner saving me money. They even accommodated my request to reschedule the move a day earlier with 2 days of the original date.
