This is a small family business and Shawn and his wife are very warm, friendly people. Shawn was easy to communicate and work with. They arrived timely to our event and set everything up. The food was ready to serve at the designated time. We ordered tri-tip, chicken, portobello mushrooms, mac & cheese, zucchini, and the meal also included green salad and rolls. The Chicken and Mac&cheese were very good and our guests even commented how delicious they were. The green salad was Spring mix greens with shredded carrots and a couple different salad dressings. The rolls were Kings Hawaiian, which was a favorite of my grandkids as well as other guests. The tri-tip was very chewy with some gristle. The zucchini was over-cooked and mushy. Overall, we were very satisfied with this business. We would definitely choose the chicken and mac&cheese again. They cleaned up everything well and left us food since there were 10 guests that didn't come that we had paid for.

We had our reservations about the company too especially during the upcoming months and weeks of our event. Similar complaints about how the company was hard to reach. Communication was lacking. It made us nervous! Well, Linda and her amazing staff (JOE!) came through when it mattered most.
