He listened and addressed my concerns. Leading up to the date of surgery, the office called me several times to confirm and go over all instructions. I was very nervous the day of surgery and the staff and doctor put me at ease. I had IV sedation which made the procedure very comfortable. I left the office with clear and conscience instructions. The follow up instructions are very detailed telling me what to do throughout the day. Dr Gulati called me the evening of my surgery and staff called the following day. I would highly recommend this office and doctor.

Dr. Gulati knew exactly what to do, and removed the gland with no nerve issues or ill effects after. I received nitrous for my procedure. Today I came back for another issue. Dr. Gulati did a wonderful job of explaining the causation and treatment path, and his expertise was clearly evident. He took the time to make sure I understood what was happening and how he would correct it. So glad I found and use this office!! Office/Doctor was in network during consult, but now not...seems suspicious. 7 months of phone calls and emails to fight outstanding balance. Even 3 way calls with insurance went poorly due to office staff.Cancelled other son's surgery only to see they filed a claim and my insurance paid 100% (for a surgery that never happened) They since returned the money to the insurance company, received a payout from insurance company and refunded a partial amount back to me. Not worth 7 months of hassle and still have a son that needs surgery.

Came in for what I assumed was a simple procedure while my normal dentist was closed for the…read moreholiday. I had a small chip on my front tooth. They dragged me through all of the paperwork like I was a new client and forced me to take full X-rays and high def images of my mouth. I was reassured that my insurance would cover all of this. After about an hour the actual dentist came in to take a look and told me he had two options. Fill it in with the expectation of it coming out or doing two full crowns on my front teeth to ensure they would be the same color. The final bill for all the work was in the ballpark of $10,000! I laughed and told him that wouldn't be necessary and that I just wanted it filled. Naturally he didn't have the time to do so same day so an appointment was set up in a couple of days and they charged me the $36 for fill in the chip. I left. I got sick and canceled my appointment for the fill in but didn't request a refund at that time. I already had a bad feeling about this branch and the way Aspen was ran. I never called to rescheduled. Several days later I got a bill in the mail for those xray and high def images of my teeth that I did not request or need! I'm currently fighting with aspens billing department and my insurance to not have to pay for this as it was not requested and forced upon me during my visit. I also stated that they already charged me the $36 for work that was never completed and that I did not want completed. Still no answer on that refund. This place is a total scam and they simply want to drain your insurance and make you pay out of pocket. I think I'll keep my family dentistry and the excellent care I receive there. Patient Beware!

Now I am going back to my regular dentist for the crowns. Getting this work done is no fun but it's way more economical the root canal's I am very please with every part of this procedure.
