He listened and addressed my concerns. Leading up to the date of surgery, the office called me several times to confirm and go over all instructions. I was very nervous the day of surgery and the staff and doctor put me at ease. I had IV sedation which made the procedure very comfortable. I left the office with clear and conscience instructions. The follow up instructions are very detailed telling me what to do throughout the day. Dr Gulati called me the evening of my surgery and staff called the following day. Dr. Gulati knew exactly what to do, and removed the gland with no nerve issues or ill effects after. I received nitrous for my procedure. Today I came back for another issue. Didn't talk down to me like many do when talking about the care of teeth. Rather than a dental hygienist talking care of the whole cleaning and exam and the dentist popping in for a minute at the end Dr Escote was with me almost the entire time. They also got me started right on time which was nice. An added bonus was the TV playing in the room, which was a great distraction from the work being done.
