I made an appointment for my husband for a 9am appointment for a cleaning on a Friday morning and for me on a Saturday morning. Seems like this is a newer facility. They sent a text to fill out some forms online, which makes it easier to start the process. The staff did ask us to call our insurance rep to indicate we chose this facility for both of our cleaning to make it easier for processing the insurance and billing to us. I see why. I have been on the call on hold to speak to an agent for my insurance for over a half hour. My husband's appointment was the day before mine. He said he was in and out pretty quickly. The hygienist does the x-rays, but the dentist actually does the cleaning and the rest of the dental appointment. The dentist has an electric tool that they use for removing the plaque. He said it's a little discomforting if you're sensitive and can make you a little squirmy. There's also part of a procedure during the cleaning that's all heavy wear sunglasses to protect your eyes. My husband said the dentist has good bedside manners. The only uncomfortable part of the appointment was the electric tool used to remove the plaque. Mentally prepared me that I would probably find this uncomfortable as well. I really like that they have Saturday morning appointments, that worked out really well, since my work week is not ideal from 7 AM till 7 PM. It's located in a red brick, red roof building complex next to La-Z-Boy. Building D, nicely labeled on the outside of the building, to locate it easily. My appointment took a bit longer, since I had a chipped tooth from some sichuan food at a restaurant before the holiday. I arrived about 5 minutes before my appointment. Handed over my driver's license and my insurance card. There was a man behind the receptionist desk, he got up and a younger woman took my cards. She was making the appointments as well. The same woman after I asked if they were aware that I have a chipped tooth said they would take some X-rays. I was taken back to the hygiene room and fitted with the little wipe up napkin around my neck a few minutes before the start of my appointment slot. 8 minutes after my appointment time the hygienist was in and finished my X-Ray for my chipped tooth in less than 10 minutes. The dentist, Dr. Nikki came to the hygiene room about 20 minutes after the start of my appointment. She used the electric plaque tool, while the hygienist held the suction vacuum and irrigation. Then the doctor used the paste to clean my teeth. More X-rays done 40 minutes in. There was a bit of confusion for my first appointment. It was put down for the chipped tooth only. So my cleaning was first. I would have to wait a little while the dentist to finish another patient's resin appointment before my chipped tooth could he looked at and polished smooth. The sugar and acid poster is interesting, especially to see battery acid listed at the bottom of the list. I have watched my strange addiction, so I guess it happens. My teeth look good, just the chipped pre molar. Perfectly aligned too. Not to shabby. She asked if I floss every day and brush every day, twice a day. I said yes at the least. She asked if I use an electric toothbrush. I said a Sonicare. In another room adjacent to another exam or procedural room with only the chair blocked off by a partial wall. This room has slightly newer chairs. Looks like there are air filters in every exam room. Dr. Nikki is back by to me a little after an hour of my appointment start. She was quick and finished smoothing out my pre molar in less than 5 minutes. It's so rare that the dentist is part of most of your appointment and cleaning. Dr. Nikki does have good bedside manners. A few times I couldn't understand her, but she's nice and informative. The building and facility is a bit older, maybe 20-30 or more years old. Dr. Nikki and the staff are warm and welcoming. Out the door after an hour and 10 minutes, not too bad considering I had more than a cleaning done today. My teeth feel nice and clean. read more

Visited this dentist a little over a week ago as a new patient for a routine cleaning. I was nervous because I haven't been to the dentist in a while. The front desk staff was very friendly and the hygenist was so sweet and gentle. She made me feel comfortable and was great at explaining things! The office is very modern and clean. I did not have to wait long to be seen. Dr Niki was nice and efficient. She also took the time to fit me in for my fillings a couple of days later. I was nervous for the fillings and shots, and Dr. Niki & her assistant made me feel comfortable and reassured me that everything was going to be okay. I would return to this office again! read more

Found this place on Google with good reviews and decided to book an appointment because my Mom was having teeth pain and needed to get in quick. We were greeted by a hygienist who appeared to be in training. After my Mom's xrays were taken, we met Dr Jassal. She seemed fairly nice but she talked fast and had a very strong accent when speaking. The first red flag I brushed off was when my Mom was telling her about prior dental experience with another dentist, Dr Jassal just dismissed her and turned her focus on me since I was asking questions. I thought that was rude but I continued and due to the pain, my Mom agreed to services. It didn't appear the operational room was well prepped as she constantly got up to grab tools that weren't close to her, and at the same time, seemed like she was training the other staff who was in the room with her because she was constantly talking. After sometime, she told us she was having trouble getting to the tooth because my Mom's mouth was "too small" and continued saying it. On my Mom's last visit, she questioned my Mom if she could drive and why she doesn't drive herself to her own appointments. Clearly, that's none of her business nor did it have anything to do with her dental work especially since my Mom was at her appointments on time. If the procedure hadn't already started with her, we would've never gone back as Dr Jassal was VERY unprofessional. The kicker: we've never heard of a dentist complaining about the size of a mouth, consistently, every time she spoke to us. You'd think a dentist with years of experience wouldn't have that issue. She did eventually stop but only after we asked her to use better choice of words when explaining. I wouldn't recommend this dental office to anyone, even with all the teeth pain in the world. read more

Really friendly and accommodating! I personally have never dealt with fear of the dentist before so it is hard for me to say, but I know when ai had my cavity filled, she was able to give me the numbing in a way that I didn't even feel the pinch of the shot. The best dentist I've been to in my 25 years of life. I highly recommend this place for any dental needs. Dr. Jassal was super understanding of my pain and made sure I was completely comfortable before extracting my wisdom teeth. The procedure itself was painless and quick. She reached out to me 2 days later to make sure my healing was going well and that I was taking my medication correctly. I will never go to another dentist again. It's important to have a dentist you can trust and that listens. I'm so grateful for Dr. Jassal, because of her I no longer have to be in pain. read more

there's only one dentist who does everything and they rush the procedures because of that. sloppy filling jobs that give me issues for over a year now. Basically choose a different place with more man power who will actually be able to meet your needs without rushing. I asked her to remove some bonding and she just cut straight through my front teeth leaving a very big gap that I didn't have before. she still charged me despite how upset I was and crying she ruined my natural smile forever now. read more

This is new practice at this location that has opened up as a referral from the previous dentist that worked at this location who I have been seeing since the beginning of his practice. They are kind and very thoughtful during Covid. Proper PPE, HEPA filters in each room, Health screening upon entry, etc. Dr Nikki explained everything as she went and the hygienist Dani (not sure of spelling) was also kind and thoughtful. She took x-rays but I had just had a cleaning at another location in September so I did not experience that with her. read more
